We called on Sunday afternoon and talked to a real person. We scheduled a service visit for the next day. On Monday the service person called and told us he would be at our house in about 25 minutes. He showed up as scheduled and He fixed the problem and was very courteous. Thank you

Garage door would not open. Called 2 other companies before Precision. One didn't answer and the other was too busy to come that day. Then called Precision and was given a time frame as to when the technician would be at my home. Was then called later to say the technician was held up but would be there asap. Then Preston the technician called to say he was on the way, and he got there in the promised time frame. Turned out the garage door motor was bad, so Preston was able to replace it immediately. He was polite and professional and got all in working order including the garage door opener in my car! Will definitely call Precision if ever needing garage door work again.

Trevor Perry came to the rescue at our newly purchased house. We were unable to close one of the doors and both doors were extremely heavy. We discussed all the possible options (trying to cookie cutter and make things last). However, after reviewing all options and him showing me all the parts that were extremely worn, and showed me his new parts that would be replacing it, I was convinced to pull the trigger. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the doors. All the new mechanical work was flawless. The new motors were quiet. It took extra time for which he didn’t want to leave until I was happy. Great customer service.

Tyler Combs, a first-class garage door technician with Precision Garage Door, serviced this call. Carefully examining all the garage door components, Tyler was able to identify the problem causing the door's malfunction. He replaced the springs and rollers and now my garage door is running so smoothly. Precision had installed the springs a couple of years ago but there was a problem with them and Tyler was able to replace the springs under warranty with no extra charge to me. Now that is excellent customer service! Tyler Combs, an outstanding technician, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. After examining my door and opener, he explained what was causing the problem I was having, offered a solution, gave me a quote and went to work.He finished the job in the time period he predicted, then proceeded to demonstrate the new opener and answered my questions. Williams Door Co installed in 2011. When I called about the problem the woman I was talking to made fun of the situation and refused to have a technician come and evaluate the issue. She quoted a high price without knowing what was needed. She had an attitude.
