We weren’t thrilled about our broken cable, which was installed by Precision in 2019. The warranty had expired but we had paid a lot to have the job done. Preston addressed the issue and got to work. He was very friendly and also highly competent. He even went out on his own time to repair a wood block that had cracked. We feel much better about Precision due to Preston’s visit.

I got your ad with coupons out of a mailer of ads and kept it. I called for service and told the person what was wrong and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. The service person arrived before the scheduled time. He was courteous, listened to my problems and after checking out everything, told me what he thought I needed and how much each of the 2 problems would cost. I decided to have the noisy door problem fixed and he repaired it quickly and IT WAS NOT NOISEY anymore, after years of the racket. I was glad to pay the amount he had quoted. I will call them again if I need repairs.
