Garage door spring broke again 3rd time and decided enough is enough. Was original on house (15 years old) and Patrick from Precision came out and installed springs, cables and bearing plates and runs like new. Patrick was a great professional, and will call him and Precision again when we upgrade in the future.

We chose Precision due to the fact we were unhappy with the service from one of your competitors and after our recent service, we are delighted with your company and especially with your technician, Thomas Wright. Helpful, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable, Thomas walked us through options to correct our issues. In and out in less than 2 hours and we are thankful that we now have a safe and working garage door.

To expensive. I’m filling a complaint with BBB for the ridiculous high prices that you are charging customers.

Very pleased with the service and repair. Preston did a fabulous job, was very professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Precision to all my neighbors and friends. I especially appreciated the email that included details of the service along with a picture of the service tech. Kudos big time, especially now with so many scammers taking advantage of people and committing serious crimes!

Tyler was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Explained all new features and how to program car remotes also. Helpful in weighing the pros and cons of repairing a 30 year old opener vs replacement with new one. Very happy with new opener.

I was so impressed with Chris Pease today, and the work he performed on all 4 of our garage doors!! He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked his tail off in getting our doors repaired, and lubricated. I had seen the Precision's advertisement on tv, and felt good about giving them a try. I would like to thank you all for the quick response to our situation. The main spring broke on our garage door. We had guests visiting from Florida occupying the house at the time. Their vehicle was parked in the garage. Well, what to do! Made several inquiries to other companies, and listened to a voice machine, or was told they could not come out till next week! Finally found Precision Garage Door Service in the directory. Called and immediately spoke to a live person. From there everything fell into place. The person said that they had a tech in the area, and would be available to stop by. Two hours later they arrived and made the repairs needed. Took less than an hour. Thanks again!

I want to thank Chris for looking over the garage door and coming up with several solutions to explore. At this time I thought it would be best to fix the one option and review the others at a later date. Thank you again for resolving the issue and adjusting the door to operate a little better and maybe last a little longer till I have to replace the door.
