Stupid accident on my part damaged my garage door, leaving it inoperative and frozen in position. Precision Door Service responded very promptly. The technician was extremely courteous and knew how to rebuild the door (finished within an hour or two). The door works just fine, now. I highly recommend this company.

I called first thing this morning to have my opener repaired. I was told a window of 11am to1pm. The repair crew promptly arrived around 11:am, changed the opener head, and controls, adjusted the photo eyes and lubed the door and springs. I don't remember their names but they were prompt, courteous, and had a good work ethic. I definitely recommend them.

Quick appointment. Called about 3:30 on Monday and Justin was here b4 9a on Tuesday. Justin was very professional only took about 30 to 40 minutes to replace the overhead motor. Programed 2 vehicles and he was gone. Madison was very helpful and polite and has us scheduled quickly.

Recommended by a close friend and he didn't steer me wrong. Called your office, efficient and friendly office staff, told me when the tech would be out, who it was and that he would call prior to arrival. Everything happened as she said. Tech arrived ahead of schedule, replaced broken spring, rollers, wires, etc due to age (17 years). Friendly and efficient. would recommend and will use again. Thanks!

Company had done a service call a year or so ago and did a super job.I did not hesitate to call again when an old system failed on my door opener. they came,checked old system, replaced Drive and power end, all in less time than needed to watch an inning of a good baseball game... They are great...One more thing the price had not gone up a cent from their last visit...thanks jim

Called for a new garage door opener. Our sensor went out but the unit was working. Technician put in a new Genie quiet open per my request. Told my wife that both sensors should be green, but one was red & could not figure out why. Opener has yet to work properly. Called last week for advice, was told I would not be charged for service call since it was only 5 days. Yesterday the door would not open or close. Have appointment for today. Not an easy process!

My garage door broke on a Saturday night . I was not able to repair it by myself so I ended up crossing my fingers and called a company to see if they could help me the following Monday about 10:30 am . I had decided to try Precision Garage Door Service of Knoxville because of the reviews and a recommendation from a friend . Am I glad I did ! From the phone call until the job was finished , it was a wonderful experience . The lady told me what would take place , and that's what happened . The young man that came out was very , very good at his job . I enjoyed watching someone work when they know what their doing . Needless to say who I will call next time I need my garage doors repaired or who I will recommend to anyone else . Again , a special THANK YOU to Derek Haynie for doing a good job and everyone else that helped me .

I was extremely pleased with the new garage door opener and hardware installed. My 19 yr old opener died yesterday. I called Precision just after 1:00pm and by 3:15pm I had a brand new Genie opener installed. The opener is super quiet, the outside keypad is great and all the hardware is new and working properly. Josh was terrific, friendly, professional and very efficient and fast. I called Precision based on reviews, but even more because I have seen their trucks in my neighborhood several times this year. I wish all companies were this dedicated to pleasing their customers. Great job Chuck and the team!
