I cannot speak highly enough for Patrick, my technician!! I called just to get my bottom seal replaced after not being able to remove the old one, and I was extremely pleased how little it was going to cost! Patrick was surprised I have never had my door serviced after 23 years and it has been making a lot of terrible sounds. So he replaced the drum and cables, large spring, all the wheels and bottom seal for a very reasonable price ?? Precision builds in time for every appointment and carries most supplies with them so they are able to make the repairs then and there instead of having to make another appointment. I would highly recommend Precision to you, you will not be disappointed!! Patrick was also extremely friendly and knowledgeable????

This is the second time I have used Precision Door Service because they know what they are doing professionally. Our service person, Preston, was very professional and had great knowledge of what he was doing. I will continue to use them whenever I need my garage door worked on. I've always believed that you need to use the professionals to get the job done right the first time even if it costs a little more but they are fair with their pricing.

Our garage open suddenly broke. Precision had someone out to us the same day to look at everything. Everything that needed to be done was explained completely. All the work was completed in a couple of hours. Our serviceman programed the keypad and my vehicle. A stressful situation was made better with quick and excellent service.

Service was exceptional. Here within a hour for an emergency. Justin was very courteous & professional. Took care of the main problem, plus suggested a couple of maintenance items that would insure the longevity of our garage door. Did an overview of operation and answered any questions we had. Great company to do business with!
