I called Precision Door Service when my garage door opener broke. They sent out a repair person within 30 minutes. Derek explained the issues and my options and worked with me to figure out the best approach to resolve the issue. He replaced the old door opener and fixed the other issues I had. He was courteous, and efficient, and I had my problem resolved within a couple hours from start to finish. I highly recommend Precision Door Service.

I contacted Precision about my garage door, which wouldn't open. In addition the side door to the garage wouldn't open so I couldn't get access to the garage at all. Derek and Tory(?) came out that day. Initially it seemed I would need to get someone else out first to get the side door open, but Derek figured out how to lift the garage door while using the remote. They diagnosed and fixed all the door issues very quickly and now the door is working smoothly. Almost all the parts needed replacing (an "overhaul") , but I had thought I might need a new door and was relieved that was not the case. Thank you so much.
