I was happy and grateful that they were open the day after Thanksgiving. The young man, I can't remember his name arrived in less than an hour. As an older, single woman, I have to be able to depend on my garage door working. He was very nice, explained things to me, showed me how to work everything, and was just very nice.

Came home from running errands and pressed the button to open the garage door and nothing. Went through the house to open manually and it was to heavy to open. Called Precision Garage Doors at around 12:00 and Josh was here within 40 minutes. He was very professional and was very knowledgeable about what was going on! He fixed our garage door and now it is very quiet when opening and closing. Thank you so much Josh.

I needed some work done on my garage door so I called Precision door services Knoxville. Chris called within a few minutes to let me know he was headed my way. His professionalism was outstanding. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail. He replaced springs, drums and the rubber seal in less that 2 hours. The price was reasonable and I received a veterans discount. If you need garage sor services I highly recommend this company. Call them directly not just the parent company you'll get a great job done.

Great service. Justin was here on time. Diagnosed the problem quickly and provided an estimate within minutes. Performed the repairs on the spot. Very knowledgeable on my type of doors and they are better than new now. Seems the builder left some critical parts off to save time and money. Justin spotted it right off. Definitely recommend these guys and will use them again if need be.

Precision was chosen because I had such excellent service from them at my last house. Now, new residence, but old garage door motor at this abode. It was sporadically working. I called Precision and someone came almost immediately and that someone was very special. He examined the motor, door and everything connected. WOW, who does that any more? He gave me a cost estimate and it was very near the last door motor I purchased perhaps three years ago. WOW, that doesn't happen anymore either. At 78, I'm taking my time deciding what to do next. (Everything takes longer at this age.) If I decide to buy a new motor, I will DEFINITELY buy from Precision. I will also request Mat do the installation. I'm telling you, he was such a nice young man.

A+++++ Service!! I originally thought I needed to replace an 18 year old garage door opener and the door itself which would have run into quite a lot of money. The person who came out to give me a quote thought I would be better off having some repairs made. Within an hour after the salesman left, a technician was at my house and repairs were made in about 45 minutes at a much lower cost than a replacement. I would highly recommend this company.

Think s is our first time using Precision but it won’t be the last! Garage motor and chain decided it had enough and broke. So we called Precision @ 3:05pm and Derek and Matt arrived by 4:15pm. They were very courteous and professional in explaining what needed to be done. We always read reviews on the companies we use in our area to help determine their reputation and reliability. Precision did not disappoint! They were punctual, knowledgeable,professional and courteous. Derek and Matt we also greatly appreciate you taking the time to clean up and take away the trashed pieces. The company definitely stood up to the 5 star reviews and would definitely recommend Precision. They will be our go to for future garage door issues!
