Chris came to the house to repair my garage door as it was sagging and not closing properly. He fixed it and I am very satisfied. He was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem immediately and then did a great job with the repair and was out of here in an hour and a half. Very rapid response to my call. It took two trips because initial diagnosis was wrong (but no extra charge for second trip). A new head unit was required but fortunately the old one was covered under warranty. The tecnician (P. Christoph) said he had never seen this type of failure before. Great service and I will call them again when the need arises.

We were having issues with our motor connecting to our cars. It wouldn't shut. But it would open. Turns out there were issues with how the door was balanced and he got to work and got it all fixed. The door spring broke and Preston was here the same day. A great young man and knew what he was doing on the repair. I went ahead and replaced some other parts for preventative maintenance. The cost seemed too high, but he was here, and I trusted his opinion on what needed to be done. Preston would get a 5 star rating, but the cost... Kirt

We were able to get someone out the next morning and they identified and repaired the issue with our garage door very quickly! For the type of work done and how quickly things were resolved, I reckon the quote was reasonable as well. Very pleased with our experience and will happily use this service again if needed.

I called Precision to repair a garage door track that we hit with our car mirror. The service tech called me within minutes of my call to them. He said he could be on site in 20 minutes, and arrived almost to the minute. After giving me the estimate, he said the work could be done in about half an hour…and it was! I was shocked at how fast the tech got this done. This repair needed new parts, and was something that probably would have taken me hours, including sourcing the new part, getting it, installing it, etc. This was a job for a specialist, and Precision came through. Job well done, and money well spent.

Starting with the first phone call, they were very accommodating to our need for the stuck door to be fixed asap. Derek arrived as promised in 30 short minutes. He clearly laid out the options and rationales for what was needed now, what would be a good idea to do while we're at it, and what it take to rebuild good as new. Then he let us decide, informed and without pressure. He did the job efficiently and with friendly conversation. It felt like a fun visit that just happened to result in a fixed door. And the door opens smoother than it did before the spring broke, with its updated parts.

The technician, Tyler, was very professional & courteous. I needed the weather stripping replaced on the bottom of my garage door. Due to the size of my garage door, Tyler, had to order the replacement stripping. He explained his manager said it would take about two weeks & their office staff would contact me to set up another appointment. Tyler did a free lubricant of the door and a safety inspection. I was very pleased with my experience with this company

We were looking at replacing the doors on both of our two-car garages, one on which the spring had broken. Precision Garage Door of Knoxville was recommended by a neighbor so we called them. The experience of working with this company was as easy as it could be, from scheduling an estimate to completing the installation of both new doors. They were prompt, courteous and professional, asked pertinent questions and provided answers to all of our questions. In short, they exceeded our expectations and even gave us a discount for my husband's military service. We love our new garage doors; they look beautiful and, with windows, they provide not only beauty to the outside of our home but also some much needed light inside our garages. My garage door would not open, my truck was in the garage, and my son had is first full contact football game at noon. Your office got me on the schedule for 9am....Preston was so knowledgeable! Got our repairs completed in a little over an hour and I was on my way to my son's football game! Tech was here 15 min before his scheduled appt. after calling to ask if that would be ok. All techs are pictured on your website so I knew to expect Chris. your company was recommended to me by my friend/neighbor. Chris explained to me what was needed for my repairs.
