I can’t recommend this company enough! From getting the appointment with the receptionist who was wonderful to when Derek came out and evaluated our garage door issues and provided options. Just top notch all the way!! He was super nice and professional and got promptly to work. He was easy to understand and let us know what all he was going to be doing. I hope all of their employees are as wonderful as Derek. I’ll always use this company for garage door issues. This was the 2nd time we have had them out and they’re always reliable!!! Make that call if you need garage door services! You won’t regret it!!

I called to have my garage door opener looked at, then your tech came and told us that we need to upgrade are openers. Instead of just giving us a quote and letting us talk about it and he took advantage of my wife’s good nature and got her to do the service and she knows nothing about garage doors or anything. I would have like to have had a phone call or something when it came to this big of a deal. $4,200 is ridiculous. I think we was rip off

Fabulous experience! Precision was quick to handle our garage door needs when my Mom's garage spring snapped. They took care of us the following day. They sent several follow-up text & confirmations including approx. arrival time. This communication was very helpful in my Mom coordinating the garage repair with her work schedule. the service was excellent...my one problem was waiting to get the service... my garage door would not open after it was damaged on Sunday afternoon and after I called immediately ....no service was available until Tuesday afternoon. It was not an emergency but it would have helped to have service at least the next day..

Had electrical issues with my 28 year old garage door. Made a call to Precision and had a technician, Hunter, at my house in less than 3 hours. He made a quick assessment, prepared me a quote which I approved, made the motor replacement, new belt drive, sensors, installed an outside key pad, inside mounted switch, programmed my two new remotes, lubricated my door springs, and was gone in an hour. Great service from Hunter and Precision.

The technician, Preston Stockton, worked on my two garage doors. One was in really sad shape and would not open. The other just needed a "tune up". He arrived on time (10am) and completed the job by 2:00pm. He did an excellent job. Both doors are working perfectly now. Preston is friendly and courteous. If I ever need more work, I will certainly call Precision, and I recommend them to the community.

Garage door spring snapped .. called at 8am for service .. scheduled it for 11am same day … Preston got in touch and arrived 30mins early … looked at what needed to be done .. explained the work he was gonna do … Preston got on the job and replaced springs , cables and rollers in 90 minutes .. very professional service , and I would highly recommend using them Thanks for the great service … Preston was the best ! After many years of service, my (Precision) garage door opener began flashing lights. Same day service call from Precision resulted in problem solved for the minimum service charge. I called early this morning and was speaking with a scheduling person within minutes. Again, this was Sunday at 8 am. Chris arrived when I was told he would and was great - very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what happened and how he would be repairing my garage door. Highly recommended!
