The service was super. Patrick Stockton was on time and explained everything that he would be doing. He Serviced the door in about an hour. Now the door works like new. As luck would have it, the garage door spring broke on Sunday morning, leaving my truck stuck in the garage. Not knowing who I could call on a Sunday I googled for garage door repair, and Precision Doors came up, and they were in my area, as well as Sunday service. After a quick chat online, I was able to set up an appointment for the afternoon. The tech arrived close to the scheduled time and quickly evaluated the solution to repair my door. He quoted the cost and what was included, which I agreed to, and he went right to work and completed the job in about an hour. It was a job well done, and I do recommend this company for quality and customer service.

I heard ads for Precision Garage for years and I noticed one of your stickers on my garage door. I called and was told you once serviced my garage door 15 years ago before I bought the home. It still works fine but looks very worn around the rubber seals so I wanted to get those replaced. I talked to Patrick on the phone and sent him pictures of what I was talking about. He ordered the parts and 2 weeks later, Matt installed it. Matt was very nice, professional and got right to work. In no time at all, I had a new beautiful rubber seal around the bottom of my garage door. Now it looks brand new. I will be calling Precision the next time I need garage door repairs. Thank you so much.

Patrick S. was my technician. He was knowledgeable, qualified to do the job, and very polite. He explained what he had to do and why I needed more than I originally thought would be needed. I believe he was honest and not trying to "sell" what I didn't need. The lady answering my call was very polite. She scheduled same day service. This was important with a garage door stuck open! I recommend Precision door for service.

1. The technician left a large dark grease stain(from his gloves) on my wall next to the indoor opener. There was no effort on his part to clean the area after his work. 2. The technician left a small pile of metal pieces on the floor below where he was drilling/grinding on the door system above. There was no effort on his part to clean this area. The technician made no effort to clean any of the areas after completing the work. HE, AND YOUR COMPANY USED POOR WORKMANSHIP ON THIS JOB! I will not forget it and will gladly relay my findings to any and all my friends who inquire about my experience.

The technician (Preston) was prompt, courteous and professional. He expediently diagnosed and identified the problem, then pointed out to me each of the parts of the door that were broken and needed repair/replacement. Seldom have I had a technician provide such useful information when dealing with a disfunctional mechanical device. He completed the repairs promptly and within the time frame he estimated it would take. Preston was at ease and chatted with me casually as he finished up his work. First rate job, at a fair price by a very professional technician.
