I found Precision Doors on Google searching for a company to fix our automatic garage door. It is a very large garage door on a shop, quiet larger than an average garage door. I called that morning and Josh arrived exactly when he said he would the same day. He is very professional, kind and HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! I am so very impressed with him and the company. Their prices are reasonable and most of all they are right on time! If you have a garage door issue, THIS IS THE COMPANY TO CALL!!!

Was attracted to your company due to the fact that you answered the phone at all hours. I was able to make a next day appointment at 8:45 PM. Very pleased with your availability. The speed of service was outstanding. My garage door quit opening yesterday (Sunday). I called at 12:50pm today, Monday, and the technician (Tommy) was here before 2:00pm. He explained everything to me and showed me what the problem was. All was said and done in less than an hour. The best service I have received from any place in a very long time. I will absolutely use them again.

Outstanding same day service!!!!!!!!! I was given a 2 hour window. Between 1100-1300- . Tommy gave me a call to let me know when he would arrive and showed up at 1145. Did a great job and was done in about 15 minutes. Precision's success is because they have great technicians!!!! If you need a new garage system or repair. These are your guys. Great job!!!!!!!!

Right from the beginning this was a very good experience, Rachel was very pleasant and appreciative, Great Service. Tommy, our technician, arrived right on time and did a great job he thoroughly explained each step in the process. Tommy is very knowledgeable and professional. The job consisted of replacing the door rod, bearings and hangers, springs, rollers and service. Tommy checked everything out and was finished. Precision Door Service is awesome.

Rebuilt the large double size garage door. He arrived on time and had all that was needed in the truck. Replaced rollers & springs. Adjusted the closure of the door and also replaced the weather striping all along the bottom. It is now quiet and works smoothly. Work was done very efficiently and we are very pleased with the results.

The technician (Patrick) came on time and provided an excellent service. He was very well informed, explained me the choices available, and helped me select the most convenient service in terms of cost/performance. He even waved the usual flat service charge. When he finished, he left behind a new system working smoothly and quickly, plus several upgrades compared to our prior setup.

Absolutely perfect. I had a return call within 10 minutes of my request. I was contacted no more than 5 or 6 minutes by a service tech and he was here about 30 minutes later. Repairs were made in about 45 minutes Tommy was gone. He cleaned up all his work and all was done for far less than I could have expected. Also , all of this was done on Sat. Evening while the Tn ball game was on !! I could not be more pleased and would recommend you to anyone needing garage work. Thanks a million

I was impressed when I saw that you could see a picture of the technician and read about him before he even came out. We had James and liked him very much. He was very professional and at the same time talkative and friendly. The problem was that the garage door wouldn't close when the control button was pushed. He not only fixed that very quickly but also pointed out that our garage door needed other repairs which we had him do. We would recommend Precision and we would also call again if we have another problem.

Very prompt service; Josh was very thorough in assessing the needed repair, explaining what it would take to do it, along with an accurate estimate. The damaged spring was replaced, the door operation adjusted and restored. Chose Precision due to available same day service, and the website reviews they had received for other work. Will definitely use them again should the need arise!
