My garage was 10 years old, and was in bad need of repair. My serviceman, James was very prompt (early really) and very friendly, putting me at ease. He assessed the problems very quickly and offered me a range of choices. I chose to keep the door but he replaced all the moving parts and fixed my opener also better than it was before the problem. In the end, even though it was 7pm, he helped me move my car so I could jump it, saving me a huge headache. Great service and a really great experience! Thanks so much for putting my mind at ease.

My garage door was intermittently stopping when rolling up. Precision Garage Door arrived the same day I called and the service technician, Josh, was fantastic. Instead of just performing a quick short-term fix, Josh correctly diagnosed the full issue and rebuilt the garage door mechanics within an hour or so. He even properly centered the door to fix an original installation issue. The door runs like new now!! 5 stars all the way for a skilled and professional service!

After our garage door spring broke I called the company who installed it. It was 330 on Friday and they didn’t want to do it and hung up on me. I called Precision and they came almost immediately. James diagnosed the problems and repaired everything in about an hour. I will never call anyone else for garage door service!

Bottom Line Up Front: Precision was and is the BEST choice in all things garage door related! Upon initial contact to precision over the phone, their customer service representative was very polite & professional and accommodating to our scheduling needs. Chris B. was the Technician who came to help us with our garage door issues. Right away he demonstrated his subject matter expertise while explaining his diagnosis of the problem; as well as the best, and most cost effective, way to repair our garage door. Throughout his diligent and methodical repair process he patiently and articulately explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. We were so impressed with Chris’s professionalism and acumen that we decided on the spot to have him go ahead and replace and install new drive systems on both our large and small garage doors. His attention to detail was particularly noteworthy, a true master of his craft. I have no doubt that Chris B. is representative to all the fine technicians that are at Precision, but if an occasion arises again where we need garage service, I am calling Chris B. from Precision! 5 Stars *****

Repairman showed up on time. Immediately remarked age of garage door. I had read reviews complaining of attempts to up sell extra work, so I was prepared for this tactic. Before he replaced the springs he stated I need new everything for several more hundred dollars. I declined the extras, then he stated no warranty. I needed my garage door repaired, not overhauled so I had springs replaced as I ordered. I would think your company would stand behind work and products installed, but on my invoice it states no warranty. Too bad....I would not call your company again.

We had planned to replace both of our 20 year old garage openers at some time, but a broken spring on one of our garage doors hastened the purchase. I called Precision at 7:45 AM, Chris came at 9 AM. He talked me through a variety of options. By 11:30 I had two new quiet garage openers and a series of other repairs. Chris was personable, professional, and efficient. I couldn't be more pleased.
