This is the second time we've used Precision and both experiences were great. This time the technician (Alex) came within 30 minutes from the time I called in for service. How can you beat that. Alex arrived when he said he would and quickly evaluated the problem. He fixed the problem and made a few recommendations for extending the life of my garage doors and opener. He did state that I would get a system "overhaul" quote that I have yet to receive. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Our door was a mess even though it was only 3 years old! When James arrived he explained what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it and upgrade the door to where it should have been with the original installer. It only took him about 1 hr. to fix and it’s working great! Highly recommend Precision!!

When my home was built 12 years ago they installed the door for me. i have always had good and quick service from them. I accidentally hit the door yesterday and damaged 3 panels. When I called immediately they were very helpful. Dorian came and was very helpful. he took care of ordering a new door for me and I am hoping it will arrive and be installed quickly. The first three numbers I called resulted in answering machines. Precision was phone call number 4 and had a technician at my house within 30min of our conversation. I could see right away that Alex was mortified by my antiquated garage door system but he set about repairing it anyway. He got it operational but also gave me a quote for new doors, at my request. The reason I didn't call them first was because I thought they would be expensive. They weren't, and you know what they say, just do it right the first time.
