The techs arrived on time, installed our new garage door & it looks beautiful inside & out. This new door totally transformed the way our house looks. We opted for the decorative hardware (which really added to the look of the door) and the new mechanism is super quiet. We could not be happier. I chose your service because you had offices in Maryville where I live. I had as well read some of the reviews which seemed positive toward service satisfaction. My gatage door would not go up and down as it should so when Josh got here he noticed the problem but also noticed that the other garage door had frayed cables that could cause a serious accident. There were unexpected issues that came up during his work but with patience and his knowledge he got both doors fixed perfectly. Excellent work and excellent service. Thank you.

I called and service tech arrived in less than 45 mins. He replaced parts on the broken door and the other door before it breaks. He also found a problem that could cause a future problem. I would highly recommend this company.

The guys got the job done quickly once they arrived and without a catch. The only thing that I didn't like was that the person who did the initial assessment told me the new doors would be the same as the old ones just a little smaller and a different color. They were not, my old ones were insulated and these are not. That's a pretty big difference.

When you need a repairman, it always seems to happen during the weekend or a holiday. As my luck would have it, my garage door spring broke on a Saturday afternoon 12/14/2019 and my wife was out Christmas shopping. I called several numbers and was told they were closed. I then called Precision Door and was able to talk with a very nice lady that took my information and said a repairman would be there within a couple of hours. Within 30 minutes I received a call and the repairman was on his way. My door was repaired by Roger and I was very happy with the service and price I received. Alex was without question efficient in his performance in the installation of what I thought I initially needed to have serviced. But it went beyond that....he professionally explained that upon his inspection, we needed a full service on our garage door. We felt so sure that Alex had our best interest at heart that we indeed upgraded to the complete service with a lifetime warranty on the installed components and installation. Alex made us comfortable in our purchase and we will soon be ordering a full motor package but only if he installs it. Thank you Precision for hiring such qualified individuals to install and repair problems with same day service. He upsold me but I know it was a necessary expense after he explained the process to me. I will recommend Precision to my friends and family that may find themselves I this same situation. This is the second time we've used Precision and both experiences were great. This time the technician (Alex) came within 30 minutes from the time I called in for service. How can you beat that. Alex arrived when he said he would and quickly evaluated the problem. He fixed the problem and made a few recommendations for extending the life of my garage doors and opener. He did state that I would get a system "overhaul" quote that I have yet to receive. Otherwise it was a great experience.

Alex came out within an house or so of calling to fix my garage door. The springs and cable needed fixing and he was in and out within an hour of arriving! I would definitely recommend them!
