Woke up this morning to find a Spring broken on my garage door, so unable to raise door or get the car out! Used the Chat feature on the website and had a same day appointment, with the appointment window starting 20 min after I finished the chat. Tech showed up, offered either to replace the springs, or do an overhaul of all the moving parts, cables, drums rollers. Left it to me to choose. Overhaul made sense, so we did that, also offered to upgrade my Door opener system at the same time, again my choice, wife is very pleased I took the upgrade. All told from visiting the website to "job done" less than 3 hours. Very Happy!

I called Precision Garage door at approximately 1:30 PM. At approximately 2:30, an hour later, Derek the tech arrived and diagnosed the problem with my garage door opener. Derek replaced the opener and explained everything to me. I am very pleased with the prompt response from the company and the professionalism that Derek exhibited.

This is the second time we have used a Precision Door franchise, and they are 2 for 2 with excellent service. Mike was on time for the appointment and pleasantly and efficiently replaced two old openers with new, quiet, belt drive systems. He did not try to “upsell” us on things we didn’t need. The garage was left in a clean condition with no risk of running over loose screws. We would not hesitate to use Precision again.

I called on Sunday because my door broke one of the 2 springs. The technician was scheduled to come on Monday to do the repair between 9:00 AM and 11:00 AM. He was here about 9:15 AM after calling to confirm his arrival. He was very courteous and professional. He inspected the entire door. He educated me on other parts with wear that I may want to consider changing also. There was no hard sell and he made sure that what I had done was solely my choice. I ended up having the springs, bearings, rollers, and cables replaced. Basically a complete rebuild of everything wearable. The technician was very good at what he did and finished the work at a good pace. No mess, no fuss. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing door repair or inspection.

I'm extremely pleased with Precision! When my garage door stopped opening, I called, and got an appointment THAT DAY. The questions asked and information given were so clear that I knew precisely which tech was coming (Michael) and when. A follow-up email, with a link to the tech's pictures were especially professional. Michael arrived on time, was personable, assessed the problem, gave me a couple of options and proceeded to install a new Genie garage system including an outdoor keypad, new remotes, sensors, etc. He then thoroughly explained how the system worked and answered any questions, all in about 2 hours! I was extremely impressed with the entire operation.

James did an excellent job repairing my springs and refurbishing the bearings/rollers. Also, he was quickly able to get to our house ahead of time. My car was stuck in the garage so this was very timely/helpful. He also explained everything well and did a thorough inspection of both garage doors to insure everything else was in good shape.
