Precision Door Service was awesome. I called for a service request at 1pm and had a technician show up to my house at 4:45pm same day, WOW! Very fast, and very reliable. The technician was awesome. He was very professional, friendly, respectful, understanding of our needs, and very aware of costs as well. His overall goal was for us to have a safe working garage rather than going in, getting paid, and leaving. Even my dog liked the service tech. Precision Door really knows the meaning of customer service. Since it was Friday morning and I could not wait until Monday, I called your company from yellow pages (seen your mail ads too in past). Thomas replaced springs, adjusted roller bar assembly misaligned from original installation, and replaced bearings and rollers with repair kit(s).
