I called about my garage door not working on a Friday morning and it was fixed by that evening. The technicians who came were very courteous and explained in detail the repairs I would need and cost to fix garage. When they left the garage door was back to working and was very pleased with the experience and efficiency of the repairs and techs. sorry I can't remember the names of the techs.

Robert showed up exactly as scheduled which was around 5:30 p.m. He gave us an honest assessment of our doors and openers as well as an estimate and provided several options. I asked him when they could schedule the work if we elected to go with Precision and I was a bit surprised when he said he could do it immediately! The estimate was fair so I authorized the work. The night was very cold but, true to his word, Robert stayed until it was completed. He even let us evaluate the first opener after installation to determine if we wanted to go ahead with the 2nd. We now have 2 new openers and the Precision PDS 800 DC-powered unit is the quietest opener I've ever heard (or not heard) in my life! Thanks for the great work and products!

I had my garage door repaired. Thomas Wright was very professional and informative during the initial estimate. He helped me understand what was wrong and why and then explained exactly what needed to done to fix the problem. On the day of the repair he was, again, very professional and did a thorough, quick job. When he was finished, he showed me what was done and how smoothly things worked. When I decide to repair the other door I will use Precision again.

Robert was an excellent service man. He repaired my garage door with a new spring and other parts. It is quieter than it's ever been and now works smoothly. Instead we went with full restore of door parts and was very happy with end results.. Sure we paid more than I expected today but in long run this saved us hundreds if not over 1000$ easy

Dio is wonderful. He is friendly, and very efficient. He explained how my doors were in less than good shape, and advised what I needed to have replaced. I just needed a new Remote opener, as I had lost my other one, out of my pocket, while mowing, and just couldn't find it. I didn't realize the 19 year old doors were in the shape they were, but now since he replaced the worn parts, I will have peace of mind that they are in good shape. Thank you. Had a PDS800 opener installed. Work was completed quickly (about an hour)and the quality of workmanship was excellent. It is incredible how quiet this thing is! I truly appreciate doing business with a company who does quality work on time.
