When my garage door snapped both of its springs, on one of the coldest days of the year, I called several companies. All were slammed, which is understandable. But Precision made a commitment to call me back to see if someone could come out the same day. They sent Dio Sanchez out that afternoon. He was friendly, knowledgeable and the charges seemed to be reasonable for all he had to do.

Originally tried to get previous garage door company to come out, but their technician was sick with flu. Since it was Friday morning and I could not wait until Monday, I called your company from yellow pages (seen your mail ads too in past). Thomas replaced springs, adjusted roller bar assembly misaligned from original installation, and replaced bearings and rollers with repair kit(s).
