We had a broken spring, but after discussion decided to have the garage door overhauled and install a new opener. This work was not cheap! But the new operation is far superior to our situation before, and so far we are very satisfied.

Precision Door Service was awesome. I called for a service request at 1pm and had a technician show up to my house at 4:45pm same day, WOW! Very fast, and very reliable. The technician was awesome. When my garage door snapped both of its springs, on one of the coldest days of the year, I called several companies. All were slammed, which is understandable. But Precision made a commitment to call me back to see if someone could come out the same day. They sent Dio Sanchez out that afternoon.
