Robert was an excellent service man. He repaired my garage door with a new spring and other parts. It is quieter than it's ever been and now works smoothly. He also showed me how to open and close the door if the electricity is out -- something I've never known how to do. I will definitely recommend Precision to my friends.

Dio was my technician today.. Great rep for your company.. We planed on just replacing springs but after talking with him knew that was a bad idea.. Dio is wonderful. He is friendly, and very efficient. He explained how my doors were in less than good shape, and advised what I needed to have replaced. I just needed a new Remote opener, as I had lost my other one, out of my pocket, while mowing, and just couldn't find it. I didn't realize the 19 year old doors were in the shape they were, but now since he replaced the worn parts, I will have peace of mind that they are in good shape. Thank you. Patrick arrived right on time and diagnosed our problem right away. He explained what needed to be done to fix the problem now and would prevent future problems. He got to work right away and completed the work quickly but efficiently. He also repair our alignment problem created by the previous company before he left, which we hadn't even noticed.
