Patrick went over the door potential worn out parts and we selectively replaced key bearings and the spring, which was broken, and totally non-functional. His 14 years of experience was very helpful in pointing out secondary areas of concern that could have compromised both the spring and the opener if not addressed. Dio was our technician--friendly, polite, articulate, knowledgeable, patient to explain every part of the process. We had a broken spring, but after discussion decided to have the garage door overhauled and install a new opener. This work was not cheap! But the new operation is far superior to our situation before, and so far we are very satisfied.

Precision Door Service was awesome. I called for a service request at 1pm and had a technician show up to my house at 4:45pm same day, WOW! Very fast, and very reliable. The technician was awesome.
