Dio was our technician--friendly, polite, articulate, knowledgeable, patient to explain every part of the process. We had a broken spring, but after discussion decided to have the garage door overhauled and install a new opener. This work was not cheap! But the new operation is far superior to our situation before, and so far we are very satisfied.

Precision Door Service was awesome. I called for a service request at 1pm and had a technician show up to my house at 4:45pm same day, WOW! Very fast, and very reliable. The technician was awesome. He was very professional, friendly, respectful, understanding of our needs, and very aware of costs as well. His overall goal was for us to have a safe working garage rather than going in, getting paid, and leaving. Even my dog liked the service tech. Next garage problem I have Precision Doors is my go to company for excellent, affordable, reliable, and professional service. When my garage door snapped both of its springs, on one of the coldest days of the year, I called several companies. All were slammed, which is understandable. But Precision made a commitment to call me back to see if someone could come out the same day. They sent Dio Sanchez out that afternoon. Originally tried to get previous garage door company to come out, but their technician was sick with flu. Since it was Friday morning and I could not wait until Monday, I called your company from yellow pages (seen your mail ads too in past). Thomas replaced springs, adjusted roller bar assembly misaligned from original installation, and replaced bearings and rollers with repair kit(s).
