To the Precision Door Team, With regard to service, knowledge and quality of repair. Patrick called ahead, was on time and finished the work within his estimated time frame. All components and parts were on the truck allowing opener and rail replacement on our double garage door as well as an overhaul of the single door in one call. All costs and component needs were described along with a detailed cost estimate. At the end of the installation, Patrick conducted a complete walk through of the opener, keypad and wall control as well as pairing the unit with a vehicle. He was polite and neat removing all debris from the garage. I give your company and Patrick high marks for customer service. The tablet computer allowed him to look up our last repair from nearly 5 years beforehand. PS - The unit significantly quieter and smoother operating than the old unit.

I had great service, Dio came over and was able to show me the door I had designed on their website at a great price and was able to apply a $100 coupon I had gotten. I ordered the custom doors as well as new garage door openers that day, and was scheduled for 4 weeks later. had thought about the woodgrain color and was unsure if I picked the right color and wanted to take a look at the showroom. Marianne is such a hard worker, there was an expected snowstorm, but she was going to try to wait for me to come by and look at the showroom samples. Luckily when I went to the showroom, Marianne was still there. Marianne was so wonderful, she showed me many wonderful options and helped me to consider the best color choices. She also gave me samples to take home and make sure I was happy. Marianne really went the extra mile for me and I so appreciate her! There was a price discrepancy, and this company is so honest and has such great integrity that they gave me the price break. They were also on time with the install, even though there was a lot of bad weather and I had changed my mind about the original color and hardware choices. Don and another tech came to do the install. They were fast and did a fabulous job! We have been using the doors daily for over 3 months and love them. My friends and neighbors think they are gorgeous and so quiet! Thank you Precision Garage Door!!!

New garage door installation. Installers came to my home ahead of scheduled appointment time and had 2 wooden doors replaced with new ones within two hours. Weekend appointments are a major plus as garage door malfunctions seem to occure at the most inoppertune time. Service/installation technicians are very knowledgable and easy to work with.

While my mother was out of town, my husband and I went by to check on her house. While we were there, her garage door would not work. We looked in the yellow pages and saw that Precision was on call on Sundays. Patrick was the technician and he got there very quickly. He was very professional, worked very quickly and made some very good recommendations. When she returned home, she was very pleased with the work that had been done. I just moved to this house, & the garage door decided to not come down. Most of my belongings were still in the garage, now open for anyone to see & carry off. Precision's technician/fixer/installer Thomas was excellent. After examining the door on this older home, he explained IN GREAT DETAIL how it would be cheaper for me to just buy a new door. He showed me the figures to back himself up. I have ordered a door. I'll give another review after the door is installed.

Patrick was extremely professional. He explained the problem making sure I understood and then offered me some options that would make the door operate better and safer. Was only going to do the broken side but then opted to do both doors with a PDS Overhaul which removed the old springs and replaced with a better solution. I saw your ad in the Yellowbook, recalled that I may have used your company before and appreciated the $10 off for referring to the ad (I don't believe I received this discount? My service technician arrived promptly when scheduled and was very knowledgable of door repair. Thomas cleaned up after himself and wiped the door down of any repair handprints. He also showed me the best repair kit for the best value.
