I have already recommended this company to a friend based on my experience with Caleb. He evaluated my situation and explained everything to me and not in a hurried manner or disrespectfully because I am a female. Caleb was very thorough and informative as I asked quite a few questions while he was working. I hope everyone else there is just like him. My spring broke that evening and they were there later that night. I especially liked the electronic checkout. They also told me where to find coupons because I had been laid off a few months prior. 5 stars

I contacted Precision Garage Door to fix an inoperable opener. The crew was sent out the same day. Patrick and Caleb diagnosed a potentially very dangerous problem with all our doors and recommended a fix at a fair price. My husband found your website and I called and arranged an appointment for the next day with Caleb. Caleb called the next morning to say that he was a few minutes early and could he arrive earlier than planned. That was great for my schedule. He was courteous and efficient. He made suggestions, I called my husband for confirmation and the work was done. Less than 2 hours the work was complete. I paid with credit card. It was a breeze.
