Dio was on time, called ahead to advise he was on his way and took his time explaining what happened and what my options were. I couldn't ask for better service. I was about to attempt this repair myself and he showed me where I was 2 steps away from a painful accident (I did not realize how much tension was on the cable and it would have flown off the door had I tried removing it as planned) He also looked at the other door and showed me that the spring was still working properly and how I can tell when it's time to get it replaced.

A technician (Dio) was sent out the same day I called. Dio was professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job showing me exactly what the problem was with our door. The cables, rollers, etc. were failing and Dio replaced them with equipment sized more appropriately for our door. Great job!

Precision Garage Door provides fast, quality and excellent service. This is my second service call to repair a garage door. I called to make an appointment for service and got an appointment set within 2 hours and I didn't have to wait the full 2 hours. The service technician was Luis and he called to let me know he was coming. He fixed the problem immediately and when I asked about what other repairs could be done today, he checked and told me the rollers could be changed if I wanted a quieter door which I asked him to do. He changed them and he did it pretty quickly. I also appreciate and am thankful that Precision sends you an email with the picture of the service tech so you will know who to expect. That shows Precision is not just about service but their customer's security. Great company!!
