Dear Sir, I want to take a moment to express how pleased I am with your company. I saw your add in the local MINT magazine and it happened to coincide with my dead garage door opener. Patrick was on site within an hour of my call. Everything was repaired/replaced in just a few hours. I didn't know a garage door could be so quiet! He was extremely polite and professional. He told me the diagnosis, provided the options and stepped back to allow my husband & me to make the decision. As a sales person myself, I appreciated(and also practice)his technique. Communication was excellent! Tech always called to say they were late or ahead of schedule. Even though there was a problem with the part that was ordered, Precision made it work and installed two new openers with keypads. Love the new model - almost silent in operation!! Kevin was very professional and made sure everything was to my satisfaction before he left. I would definitely recommend Precison.

Excellent service. I tried to fix myself (replaced shaft and sprocket assembly after my wife hit the door with car and broke the sprocket off). In the process had screwed up the limit assembly and couldn't puzzle out how to fix it. Robert (a young army veteran) patiently fixed my screw ups. He also didn't try to give me the big upsell which was very much appreciated. They came out on a Sunday morning with no extra charge for the weekend service.

I call for service and find out that my garage door was slightly un aline.No tools nedded and the tech.was done in less than few minutes.I'm hoping that they won't charge me full amount of service, but I'm wrong.I was charge 49.95 I never feel so ripoff. I learn my lesson.

We came to your home to fix a problem that our technicians are professionally trained to do. As a courtesy we gave you a discount on the service fee to $49.95.

It was fantastic to be able to get a broken garage door serviced on a Sunday!(with no additional service charge) Patrick arrived on time, and after introducing himself, immediately began inspecting the door. He pointed out the problems as he completed his inspection. I asked for a repair price and a new door price. He took the time to explain the cost of each needed repair and the cost of a new installation. There was no "hard sell." We decided on the repair, and the work was done efficiently. Thanks to Patrick our old door works better than it did new. We will definitely use Precision again if needed and recommend your company and Patrick to all our friends. Thanks for a great job!!
