I had my garage door repaired. Thomas Wright was very professional and informative during the initial estimate. He helped me understand what was wrong and why and then explained exactly what needed to done to fix the problem. On the day of the repair he was, again, very professional and did a thorough, quick job. When he was finished, he showed me what was done and how smoothly things worked. When I decide to repair the other door I will use Precision again.

I was very impressed with the man you sent out and the quality of work he performed. My door which needed a rebuilt kit is working great and was done in a timely manner. I think my only reservation was that your prices appear to be on the high side. If they were a bit lower that would have given you a 5 star rating.

The best home repair service I have ever had in both price and quality of work. Provider arrived on scheduled time, quickly found reason for malfunction of garage door, and made a sensible suggestion of what could be done now to lessen the re-occurence of the problem in the future. The work was performed quick and cleanly.
