I had called Williams door company in Knoxville TN to come check my garage door. I first bought a part from Williams door company to try and fix the problem. When I went to install the part I notice that the screw drive on my Genie garage door opener was broke. I call Williams door company and explain the problem and they sent out a service tech. Williams did advise me that for the tech to come out there would be a $82.50 service charge and the tech could not come till the next day or day after. I made an appointment with Williams garage doors and took the day off of work for the tech to come out to fix my door. The tech arrived and looked at my opener and said he could not fix it. HE WAS THERE LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES! I paid the $82.50 and the tech left and I was not happy! I called Precision and the girl who answered the phone was very helpful. She listen to my problem and had Thomas come out that SAME AFTERNOON! Thomas arrive very professional and looked at the problem and offered TO FIX THE PROBLEM! I talked to Thomas about a new unit and decided to buy a belt drive opener from him. GREAT CHOICE! me and my wife love the opener and are very happy.

Thomas came to check our malfunctioning door opener the evening before July 4th and was very pleasant and professional. He attempted to adjust the opener but concluded that it was worn out and not adequate to handle the large double door. He suggested a "carriage door"opener designed for such large doors. We scheduled to have him install that the following Monday and we are pleased with the promptness of Precision Door.

I just moved to this house, & the garage door decided to not come down. Most of my belongings were still in the garage, now open for anyone to see & carry off. Precision's technician/fixer/installer Thomas was excellent. After examining the door on this older home, he explained IN GREAT DETAIL how it would be cheaper for me to just buy a new door. I selected Precision from dozens of other garage door repair companies, due to their 24/7 service. I called at 10pm and quickly talked to a real person who took my order. My service technician arrived promptly when scheduled and was very knowledgable of door repair. Thomas cleaned up after himself and wiped the door down of any repair handprints. He also showed me the best repair kit for the best value.

Originally tried to get previous garage door company to come out, but their technician was sick with flu. Since it was Friday morning and I could not wait until Monday, I called your company from yellow pages (seen your mail ads too in past). Thomas replaced springs, adjusted roller bar assembly misaligned from original installation, and replaced bearings and rollers with repair kit(s).

I had my garage door repaired. Thomas Wright was very professional and informative during the initial estimate. He helped me understand what was wrong and why and then explained exactly what needed to done to fix the problem. On the day of the repair he was, again, very professional and did a thorough, quick job. When he was finished, he showed me what was done and how smoothly things worked.
