I was upset that my bill went from 225 to 455. Finally, I never received an invoice thru my email as promised, only a survey. Thomas was very nice.

The tech was very knowledgeable and courteous and explained my situation thoroughly. He inspected the garage door and explained what needed to be done to correct its operation. The solution to our immediate problem was to tighten the battery tabs in the openers. This made the $65 service fee seem a bit high.

Our springs broke late Sunday afternoon, so I placed a call and Precision sent out a technician(Thomas), who pointed out some things that were intalled wrong in the past and/or damaged, that contributed to the springs breaking. He replaced the damaged parts, corrected the mistakes, and now the garage door works better, and is quiter than in the past, with higher quality parts. He did a super job, and as I watched him work, you can tell he is well-trained and knows what he is doing. I am glad we called Precision....thanks.

We had the door installed about a year ago and were happy with them, until the large door would not stay down around 8:30 Monday night. Your company sent out a tech that fixed the problem for free. Then on Friday afternoon, I think it was Patrick, came over and redid some of the things on both doors that he said needed to be changed. Again we had lifetime warrenty and there was no charge. Wow the doors are now almost silent, and we are so happy we chose Precision Door. We will tell our friends.
