I knew Thomas Wright worked for your company so when my garage door spring broke I thouhgt immediately of calling Precision Door. I knew that Thomas was a very upstanding young man and that I could trust him to do a great job and with the utmost integrity. Our springs broke late Sunday afternoon, so I placed a call and Precision sent out a technician(Thomas), who pointed out some things that were intalled wrong in the past and/or damaged, that contributed to the springs breaking. He replaced the damaged parts, corrected the mistakes, and now the garage door works better, and is quiter than in the past, with higher quality parts. He did a super job, and as I watched him work, you can tell he is well-trained and knows what he is doing. I am glad we called Precision....thanks.

The tech only performed a field reset and when I asked him what he was doing, he said that I should only contact your company when this happens. He pushed a few buttons on the overhead box and ran the garage door up and down a few times. I was hoping to learn for myself so I wouldn't have to spend $65.00 for a 5 minute service call. I will google how to perform a field reset and do it myself next time. I was able to reprogram my garage door openers, change the codes, etc. on my own. I can figure this out now too. I think your company is great but this was a total rip-off and I'm disappointed that your technician wouldn't give me some options to resolve the issue myself. They were nice, but again, the visit was a rip-off. Thanks!

Tried to open garage door so I could make a Dr. appt. Failed to open; called Precison; Thomas was on the scene in less than one hour. Repair completed shortly and I got on with my day. Job well done.
