I have been extremely satisfied with Precision each and every time I have a need of you. Your office person who answers the phone is very polite and professional, the men who come to my house (3rd time now) are very courteous, professional and friendly, and good at what they do. I would give a five star rating for the excellent service given for repair work on my garage door on a cold Saturday afternoon. The repairman was thoughtful and helpful to this 91 year old distraught woman! I had to smile this Monday afternoon when I saw your Precision truck at my next door neighbor`s garage! Precision did an outstanding job replacing the broken springs on my garage door and providing the PDS Overhaul. James came out to repair a broken spring a couple of years ago, and told us we could get a discount on new doors after the repairs and tune-up he completed for us anytime within five years. He came back, honored the commitment and now we have brand new doors on order. James' repair work in the beginning is why we are still customers and why we looked no where else when it came time to replace the doors.

James was prompt, friendly and professional. He was running ahead of the appointment time, so he called to see if he could come early. He arrived in 20 minutes! He also tested the doors and programmed the new remotes that we needed. He even remembered (or your files told him!) that your company had serviced us in 2009. Overall, great job!

James Wells provided an estimate for replacement of both garage doors and evaluated the performance of both garage door openers which we believed needed replacing also. James's honesty and professionalism was outstanding as he indicated our openers were working properly but the doors (the previous homeowner had backed his car into them) needed replacing because they were bent putting too much stress on the opener while attempting to open and lift. The springs were also not balanced properly and needed replacing.

My technician was very courteous and seemed to really know his job. He was very professional. His name was James and he wore a uniform and drove a marked vehicle. He worked on my existing door and replaced door opener. My door is so quiet now and before it sounded like a freight train. He also installed a keypad on the outside. I am very pleased with my experience.
