Garage door spring broke on a Saturday. Called Precision because they have 24/7 answering. Talked with Rachel who took some info and set an appointment for Monday with James. He was able to come early which was very convenient. Very satisfied with service and cost. I really liked reading the reviews on James and the company before the service call.

The spring on the top of my garage door snapped and I thought about doing it myself, but for the price, just went ahead and had Precision do it. Turned out to be a good choice, not only did he change it (and very quick at that), but showed me where to grease up to make the door last longer. Great service and very respectful and courteous employees.

Precision did an outstanding job replacing the broken springs on my garage door and providing the PDS Overhaul. James came out to repair a broken spring a couple of years ago, and told us we could get a discount on new doors after the repairs and tune-up he completed for us anytime within five years. He came back, honored the commitment and now we have brand new doors on order. James' repair work in the beginning is why we are still customers and why we looked no where else when it came time to replace the doors.

James was prompt, friendly and professional. He was running ahead of the appointment time, so he called to see if he could come early. He arrived in 20 minutes! He also tested the doors and programmed the new remotes that we needed. He even remembered (or your files told him!) that your company had serviced us in 2009. Overall, great job!

My garage door opener was frozen. My daughter had to take me to work and a co-worker recommended your company. One call and they were out to the house to repair the door. Actually the door was fine but the moving parts and major springs in the electric door had to be replaced. No extra time wasted or trips to the shop...all new and a warranty too. Thanks Precision Door Service...you rock and roll!
