Thanks to James, who just happened to live nearby, I was able to receive repair service in a matter of hours, though I suspect timely service may be the norm. Although I only needed to have a spring replaced, I chose to have a full service reconditioning of my garage door because of the very fair price and warranty coverage. A clean, well marked, new truck pulled into my driveway, letting me know this was no handyman, sideline business. James went right to work and soon showed me several options. Now my door opens smoothly and quietly, with no strain on the opener motor. This company doesn't have 2000 5-star reviews for no reason!

I call Precision because my garage door opener of 20 years quit working. They came out that same day even moving my scheduled appointment up because they were running ahead of schedule. James came out and replaced my garage door opener with a new much quieter one that has an keypad on the outside. He was quick, efficient and professional. The price was right in budget for what I had planned. I love the new features and I was so happy they fixed it the same day! I chose them because of their 5 star ratings and I was not disappointed. I would recommend them to anyone!

I was impressed when I saw that you could see a picture of the technician and read about him before he even came out. We had James and liked him very much. He was very professional and at the same time talkative and friendly. The problem was that the garage door wouldn't close when the control button was pushed. He not only fixed that very quickly but also pointed out that our garage door needed other repairs which we had him do. We would recommend Precision and we would also call again if we have another problem.

James arrived ahead of schedule, called to let us know he was on the way. He got right to work and completed the repair in about an hour and a half. Needed new torsion bar and springs. Door works very smooth and well balanced. James was very friendly and helpful with future maintenance. I would call again if I needed repairs.

My torsion spring broke 6 years after being replaced by Precision. They sent a repair technician the very next morning and had it working within 24 hours of the spring breaking. My garage door had a bent door track and wouldn't open. I made a call to Precision Door Co. on Friday at 5:45PM. I was already impressed because I assumed they would be closed for the weekend and I would just leave a message, with my car stuck in the garage till at least Monday. Instead, I spoke with a polite customer service rep, who scheduled an appointment for 11:00 the following Saturday. James came out ahead of schedule and fixed the door track, lubricated the rollers, programmed the exterior code box for the door and then programmed the visor opener in my wife's car. He went above and beyond and the bill was more than reasonable. I will recommend Precision Door Co. to anyone needing garage door repairs. Thank you for your professional service. Happy customer!
