James came out to repair a broken spring a couple of years ago, and told us we could get a discount on new doors after the repairs and tune-up he completed for us anytime within five years. James Wells provided an estimate for replacement of both garage doors and evaluated the performance of both garage door openers which we believed needed replacing also. James's honesty and professionalism was outstanding as he indicated our openers were working properly but the doors (the previous homeowner had backed his car into them) needed replacing because they were bent putting too much stress on the opener while attempting to open and lift. The springs were also not balanced properly and needed replacing.

My technician was very courteous and seemed to really know his job. He was very professional. His name was James and he wore a uniform and drove a marked vehicle. He worked on my existing door and replaced door opener. My door is so quiet now and before it sounded like a freight train. He also installed a keypad on the outside. The telephone receptionist, Christine, was very helpful and asked very specific questions that showed she knows doors!
