About 8p my coil snapped without warning. I called around 9p, the customer service rep was competent and pleasant to talk to. She gave me an arrival window of 11a-1p the following day with a promise of a heads up phone call prior to arrival. The tech called me the following morning around 10a, said he was a little ahead of schedule and asked if he could arrive about 30 minutes early. He showed up when he said he would. Once he was here, he identified all problems, explained everything to me including warranty information, cost, and time to repair. He got started right away, repaired/replaced everything in just over 2 hours. He was professional, friendly, and competent. I will use Precision again when the need arises.

Called Precision and got much needed "same day" service. The technician, Chris, actually called me to ask if an early arrival would be possible and was here within 15 minutes. He diagnosed the problem, explaining each phase of the work and allowing my questions and input. He performed a "fix" and an "upgrade" so that my old door is like new. He provided instructions, warranties for parts used, etc. and I now feel like a have a "NEW" door. Haven't been this pleased with service, work performed, and abilities of a technician in years. Probably won't need additional service soon but feel confident I've found my garage door team.
