You ad in the yellow pages was the first one I saw and i'm glad that it was. I called ur office, spoke with Alison,& arranged a visit by ur technician Thomas.He said that the door was fixable & could be done in an hour. He was true to his word.In 55 minutes the door was good as new & he was on his way. He represents ur company personally & professionally.

We had the door installed about a year ago and were happy with them, until the large door would not stay down around 8:30 Monday night. Your company sent out a tech that fixed the problem for free. Then on Friday afternoon, I think it was Patrick, came over and redid some of the things on both doors that he said needed to be changed. Again we had lifetime warrenty and there was no charge. Wow the doors are now almost silent, and we are so happy we chose Precision Door. We will tell our friends.

My daughter and her family had their door changed out to Precision door, top of the line. We were very impressed with the silent door and the great seal at the bottom for stopping outside air and water. We called for an estimate to fix a mess we have with doors that were replaced improperly when we first moved into our house. We limped along as long as we could will poorly working framework until one of the doors failed. Caleb was great looking at what we have and giving us a couple options on what we can do fix our problems. Very professional!!

Kevin was very curious and professional from the minute he walked in the door to when he left. He took the time to do a thorough inspection and explained in detail his findings. When given the choice of 3 different plans of repair, I explained to him that we had recently had some expensive car repairs and would like to go with the least expensive repair. He said he understood and I didn't feel any pressure to purchase the more expensive alternatives. Door works great now!

The service was good but they were over an hour past the range. I wasn't told on the phone that I couldn't use both of my coupons even though I asked the girl on the phone multiple times about the costs and told her I had 2 coupons. I was upset that my bill went from 225 to 455. Finally, I never received an invoice thru my email as promised, only a survey. Thomas was very nice.

When Precision pulled up there was no doubt who it was. I greeted Kevin & he immediatley found a bad bearing in our opener. He gave me a quote to repair the existing opener & told me he could install a new, more quiet motor for a few hundred $$ more. Naturally a new one was installed with a wireless keypad, of which I didn't have prior to his visit. Very professional. Keep up the great work. I have your number on each door as a reminder of the best of the best!!

We had an emergency after 5 pm wherein both garage doors came off the track and we couldn't close either one. Precision was able to send out a repairman within one hour and he was able to repair the doors - AND improve on the installation. He added safety cables in case the springs were to break. Kevin did and outstanding job in a timely and professional manner. After he left I noticed, looking from the inside out, there was a gap in the L/H side of the door. Kevin had already informed me there was a defect in the top trim strip and that someone would be coming out to replace it. I will get the problem corrected at that time.
