The BBB insignia caused me to contact the Bureau and I found a very complete and positive report. Patrick did a very nice job of analyzing the problems and giving me several options. He represented your company well and though he is a good salesman, he was not offensively aggressive. I was also glad to see an American Brand truck in the driveway. We had a great experience. Our garage door springs broke on Friday evening around 5:30. The biggest selling point was that there was no extra charge for evening or weekend servicing. And the service charge was relatively low at $65. Our Technician was Patrick Stockton. He was knowledgable and honest about the repairs needed. The door is working great and is much quiter now.

Always can count on. Quick installers. Had a few things still in the way, and they quickly helped. Found strange big black spider from brick side when taking down old door. Probably a trantula that hitch hiked all the way from New Mexico 2 years ago. It was described that way, and their temper. That didn't stop them from installing perfect doors and openers.

Prompt, courteous service. Came when they said they would...same day as being called. Technician very patient when explaining to my mother-in-law & myself the issues about the doors. He discussed status of non-broken door & the potential advantages of pro-actively replacing rollers, etc. in that door (that was still working). I did not feel pressured to do it, (no "hard sell") but decided it was a good idea. He took care to adjust doors, etc. Then, after all done & signed off on...right before he left...when I noticed a light bulb was out in one door overhead, he offered to change it out for us; he did this just as a courtesy. Much appreciated, since neither of us are good climbing on step stool/ladders.

Excellent service, professionalism, courtesy, clear answers to questions. Forgot to put a latch on the door without a motor. I called within a few minutes after they left and another service person was sent with a latch. Also after two openings of the door with the motor, the opener quit working. The service person had to rewire it because the sensors at the floor were out. This second person did very good work. I am very satisfied and please with my doors.

Jarrod was through and displayed care to make the repairs correct the first time. For example, he noticed that the left side cable drum was misaligned, so he took time to align the drum to prevent premature cable failure.
