Excellent service, professionalism, courtesy, clear answers to questions. Forgot to put a latch on the door without a motor. I called within a few minutes after they left and another service person was sent with a latch. Also after two openings of the door with the motor, the opener quit working. The service person had to rewire it because the sensors at the floor were out. This second person did very good work. I am very satisfied and please with my doors.

For example, he noticed that the left side cable drum was misaligned, so he took time to align the drum to prevent premature cable failure. I had a broken spring and worn out rollers. They replaced the springs,rollers,cables and various brackets. They arrived in the 2 hour window given and finished about an hour and a half later. Overall, I was pleased although I thought the price was a little high.
