Called Precision around 145pm as roller had sheared off from door and needed door repair. All three doors actually were older and I knew needed service so I took the opportunity to not only fix one but also adjust other two. I was told they could have someone here between 2-4 pm and sure enough Thomas arrived at 3pm having called me while on his way with estimated ETA. Thomas is very professional and courteous and easy to work with. He was able to not only repair the inoperable door but also advise on some other adjustments to improve functionality of all doors which I gladly appreciated. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend Precision.

Highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. So easy and convenient to schedule a time on their website for someone to look at our garage door. A time was scheduled for the next day. Chose your company online I saw that you did weekend work. You also let the customer know who's coming out. It was easy to set up an appointment and same day service. Thomas did an excellent job on the assembly. It works much better now and very quiet.

Price ended up being higher than quoted over than phone as tech found additional things wrong, but overall service was excellent and tech was extremely nice and efficient and cleaned everything up when finished. I would defiantly recommend this company.

Service was extremely good. They came out within 1 hour and fixed everything in 30 minutes. The only problem I have is the over charging of parts. Payed 300$ for 10 garage rollers and they kept my old ones. That is just not good business, I understand people have to make money, but come on, $300for 10 rollers? Then there was a $25 shop fee??? And $49.95 Service call fee, and a $270 reset the garage fee. I really do appreciate the excellent service, but I think those charges other than the reset fee and the service call fee , make me wish I had called someone else.

Even though Thomas was running late, he was very gracious and smiled when he arrived. He explained to me what he found and what work was needed. He not only replaced the broken springs but also replaced the cable, rollers etc. He also mentioned that the opener was in need of replacement and would eventually fail. Just something for me to be watchful for.

This is my second time having Precision coming out to fix my Garage. 2/2 they are amazing with 100% customer satisfaction because they are honest, and got the job fixed in a timely manner, great customer communication when they are going to arrive within the appointment time frame. I found your company over the internet and was happy an appointment was scheduled the same day. When Tom arrived, he quickly discovered the problem and thoroughly explained what had happened.
