Patrick's knowledge and expertise was fantastic! As a retired Mfg consultant for over 40 years, I can easily recognize when a technician has good skills, knowledge of his or her craft and demonstrates it with great efficiency and enthusiasm! Patrick displayed of these characteristics when he repaired my garage door. He is a great representative of Precision Door Service and should be highly commended for his work ethics. The repairs were at a Condo that I am responsible for in Sevierville, However I live in SC. I was a bit apprehension about contacting someone from a internet site, but I can say that this has been a great experience. I wish I could get this kind of service in SC.

My neighbor gave me the name and number of a garage door guy they used. I called and you came on the day at the time promised. We have 3 separate single garage doors, one broken. They repaired the broken one, then reviewed the other two doors. They too need servicing. The 3rd door is just a manual door, but WOW, the difference new rollers can make. Before it took both arms pulling and pushing to get the door up. Now with one hand I (over 50)can open it. It's amazing.

I had called Williams door company in Knoxville TN to come check my garage door. I first bought a part from Williams door company to try and fix the problem. When I went to install the part I notice that the screw drive on my Genie garage door opener was broke. I call Williams door company and explain the problem and they sent out a service tech. Williams did advise me that for the tech to come out there would be a $82.50 service charge and the tech could not come till the next day or day after. I made an appointment with Williams garage doors and took the day off of work for the tech to come out to fix my door. The tech arrived and looked at my opener and said he could not fix it. HE WAS THERE LESS THAN FIVE MINUTES! I paid the $82.50 and the tech left and I was not happy! I called Precision and the girl who answered the phone was very helpful. She listen to my problem and had Thomas come out that SAME AFTERNOON! Thomas arrive very professional and looked at the problem and offered TO FIX THE PROBLEM! I talked to Thomas about a new unit and decided to buy a belt drive opener from him. GREAT CHOICE! me and my wife love the opener and are very happy.

Thomas came to check our malfunctioning door opener the evening before July 4th and was very pleasant and professional. He attempted to adjust the opener but concluded that it was worn out and not adequate to handle the large double door. He suggested a "carriage door"opener designed for such large doors. We scheduled to have him install that the following Monday and we are pleased with the promptness of Precision Door.

Precision Door was able to respond within about 2 hours after the spring on my garage door broke, leaving both of my vehicles stuck inside of the garage. Thomas Wright did a very nice job repairing all of the damaged parts and got the door working in a very reasonable amount of time. Thanks for great service!
