We had a broken spring on our garage door. My husband went out to leave for work and the door would not go up. He noticed the right spring was broken. I had been seeing the Precision commercials and I called Precision at about 10am. The lady answering the phone was so polite and helpful and told me they could be out between 5pm and 7pm. This was a Saturday and the same day! Justin called to say he actually could be to our house around 2:30pm. Justin arrived and he was awsome. He assessed our door and found several more issues so we opted for the overhaul. Justin was very courteous and answered my thousand questions with enthusiasm. He was very efficient, kept everything clean as he worked, and explained everything. He completed the entire job with precision! Thank you to Justin and the Precision staff. We are so happy and appreciate their prompt professional service.

I would give it a 10 star if I could ! I called and they showed up within an hour , diagnosed within 5 minutes and then had a couple of different solutions to choose from and had the work finished in about an hour ! Derek Haynie was our technician and he was very professional, friendly and did an excellent job fixing our garage door ! Thank you guys for the excellent service !

Precision Door Service was amazing. My brilliant husband tore up our garage door when he got a broom stuck in it which bent it all out of place. My husband then proceeded to try and fix it by doing more damage (wives you know how that is); however, we called Precision Door Service on the fourth of July, and they came right out and fixed it as good as new in just a few minutes. If it weren't for Precision Door Service, we wouldn't have been able to get the garage door open at all which meant that we couldn't get our grill out of the garage, and we were signed up to grill hamburgers for our entire neighborhood for a fourth of July celebration. Thanks Precision Door Service for saving the day and the holiday.
