Michael Hall serviced the broken spring on my garage door and checked the second door for preventative issues. The doors are more quiet, and I feel confident in his knowledge and in the work he did. He also programmed the remote to my car!!! He is knowledgeable, competent, friendly and courteous. Thanks! I also appreciate Irena who answered the phone yesterday and scheduled the appointment. She is friendly and very competent.

The repair man James came earlier than appointment which was great. He explained what needed done to fix our garage door did the work quickly and then showed me what he did. He was very polite and professional. Would recommend his work highly to anyone.

We have used Precision Door to keep our garage doors in perfect working order for the past 10 years. We had a cable problem on one of our doors this week and called for an appointment. Joshua Compton arrived that afternoon and the problem was immediately taken care of . My garage door spring broke on a Saturday. I called, spoke to a kind lady and was given an appointment time that afternoon. Michael Hall arrived and quickly replaced the broke spring with a heavier spring and adjusted some brackets to ensure that the door functioned the was it was suppose to. Excellent experience and I now have found a company to assist me in the future with any of my garage door needs!

We called on Sunday morning because our garage door stopped working. Mike, the service technician, arrived shortly after noon the same day. He quickly and efficiently repaired our door. He was both friendly and professional. We wish every person who we have do work in and around our house was this good! Our door now not only works, but operates much more quietly than it did before. My garbage door broke at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. I looked up garage door repair company's in my area. Ilked that I could speak to a live person and explain my problem. Tey made an appointment for me between 4 and 6 pm that evening. The tech arrived on schedule. He repaired my single door and totally updated my double door. He was very polite and knowable. He spent about 2 hours working on the doors He left the area all cleaned up. I will gladly recommend your company to all my friends and neighbors
