I used Precision a while ago and was very pleased, so when my door broke yesterday (spring, among other things) they were the only one I called. Called them at 9:00 this morning, they told me a tech could could be here between 11 and 1. 2Twentu minutes later the tech called and said he was 15-20 minutes away. Chris showed up, we chatted a bit, and he gave me a few different options. He was done in about an hour. Fast, really fast, courteous and very professional. Employees make the company, and Chris was a great representative for Precision. I got prompt, quality service at a fair price. Can't ask for much more than that. I highly recommend Precision.

I was in a desperate need for new remote control door openers. I called Precision and they sent a guy out to rebuild my older system built about 10 years ago. He upgraded the old unit for a very fair price and my new controls are the best! I'm a happy camper!

I called Precision to repair my garage door because I had used them before for my aunts garage door repair. I was impressed then and I am equally if not more impressed with their expediency of service, there quality of service and their customer service. I had James contact me before the scheduled time and he came out and was polite, attentive to what issues I described then showed me some other near future potential issues that we addressed today. I was very happy with everything but the cost, but with anything nowadays you get sticker shock. Thanks for fixing my issues and I would recommend to anyone needing garage door repairs.

We called around 5 p.m. to make an appointment because both spring broke at the same time on our garage door. We were told that someone would be to our house between 6 p.m. and 7 p.m. He arrived at 6 p.m. just as we were told! The technician was friendly and professional. He gave us an accurate estimate and got right to work. He knew just what to do and completed everything within about 30 to 40 minutes. He answered all my questions without hesitation and was on his way. I highly recommend Precision Garage Door if you need work done on your garage door.

Precision Door Service originally updated our garage doors (new motors, etc.) back in 2018 when we moved into our house. Performance has been issue free; minor issue with the infrared door sensors out of alignment. A quick call on Saturday got us scheduled for a service call on Monday. Technician quickly adjusted the door sensors and sprayed the rollers with a lubricant; he was completed in less that 10 minutes. Great service; highly recommend Precision Door Service!!

I noticed your company due to your truck wrap. I called and two hours later Derick was at our house and arrived on time. Derick reviewed everything with me and then went to work. We have 5 garage doors with openers. One of our openers was bad and Derick replaced it with a new one that he had on the truck. He also inspected all of our doors and reprogrammed our openers. He also programmed my visor control in my truck. I would give you and Derick a “10” rating if I could. Great company and wonderful service. Thank you !
