Though we've had very good experiences with Precision in the past, our experience yesterday was only mediocre and left us somewhat disappointed. We had a technician come out because our keypad had stopped working and wouldn't allow us to reprogram it with a new code. We had to have a whole new keypad installed, and when we expressed interest in going through the process of setting the code for ourselves and practicing that process, the technician didn't seem interested in helping us do that and essentially said to not change anything. We hoped for a better experience but didn't receive it.

I am very happy with the quick response and ability to have a technician come out within a couple of days. Preston was very courteous and showed me why the door was not operating well. He gave me the options of just repairing what needed to be done to keep it running a while, or replace the worn out parts and have a trouble-free installation. I'm very happy with the service I received from Precision. My garage door spring broke on a Saturday when most places were closed, so I called and was put on the schedule for Monday. Derek showed up on time (early actually, but he called first and asked if it was ok) and was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. He explained everything he was going to do (in a way that was easy to understand), said it would probably take about an hour, and finished early. The price was very fair and was right about what I expected. Derek made the whole process very enjoyable and definitely made me feel valued as a customer. He's great.

Our technician was Thomas W., he arrived in approximately one hour from the time we called for the repair. He was very professional and courteous and explained what was in need of repair quickly. Called Precision around 145pm as roller had sheared off from door and needed door repair. All three doors actually were older and I knew needed service so I took the opportunity to not only fix one but also adjust other two. I was told they could have someone here between 2-4 pm and sure enough Thomas arrived at 3pm having called me while on his way with estimated ETA. Thomas is very professional and courteous and easy to work with. He was able to not only repair the inoperable door but also advise on some other adjustments to improve functionality of all doors which I gladly appreciated. Very easy to work with and would highly recommend Precision.
