Prices are outrageous. Quoted 1720$ for job that took 1.5 hours and had max 500$ hardware cost. Thats 1220$ for 1.5 hours of work ... outrageous.

The tech that came out was a wonderful tech. He was very nice and answered all my questions with correct answers. My biggest concern is the estimate. I wanted a 18" high lift conversion done on my door. I was given a $1375 estimate for the job. The tech said he could do it in a couple of hours. If I wanted new rollers (12) it would be another $400. I am all about capitalism. I have my own business. But I did some research and found the most expensive high lift kit on the market for my specific door is less than $400. Shipped. The best rollers on the market are less than $50. Im am sure they arent paying the tech more than $50 per hour (very generous). That would be $550 in cost. I cant imagine what this company is thinking having an up charge of $1155? Oh well. I already ordered the kit from a reputable source and am having another company in the area install it for $250. FYI

I called early on a Friday afternoon not expecting an appointment until Monday. But to my great surprise, they sent out a technician later that afternoon! Terrific! Patrick showed up and he was very personable and knowledgeable. We explained our problems and gave us suggestions of how to get our unit running better and last longer. There was no pressure and he was very upfront with the cost and future recommendations. If we have any work in the future, we would specifically ask for Patrick. Great job. We are. Dry happy with his work.

I called them in an " emergency " situation at 5:00 on a Friday evening .The sweet receptionist said they were booked solid until Monday. After a big sigh and explaining that I needed to go somewhere tomorrow, she put me on hold and then said, " ok, someone will be calling you". 15 minutes later Derrick called saying he was on the way!! He was the most jovial, pleasant guy! And fixed the problem in no time, trying to make the cost as minable as he could. This is the 2nd time I've used them and will never call anyone else when my old door needs work! Derrick was great!! Wonderful company!!

Work was fine. Tech was knowledgeable. Price was exorbitant for a repair. I was given choices for repair but lowest price meant waiting 2-4 weeks for parts which in this era of overnight delivery is ridiculous. Have not received promised 5 year guarantee.

We have always used Precision. We had our spring replaced several years ago, motor went out 4-5 yrs ago and 6-8 wks ago had to have the sensors replaced. Always good to come 24-48 hrs after calling for appt. Willing to answer and explain any questions. We would not use anyone else!
