Tech was here and reset my gararge door as my power went out. I know there was a service call involved, and expected that. The Tech had it reset in less than 2 minutes. I was charged one hour of labor and shop supplies, which there were no shop supplies needed. Total bill was $165.00 for appx 10 minutes at my home. I spent $1,600.00 for this Gararge door from Percision and also purchased a new opener for the door from Percision. $165.00 just seemed somewhat high for Appx 10 minutes. All got resolved and fixed I do need to add. The tech showed me how to fix this issue also if it ever happenes again.

My garage door broke, and was pretty messed up. I was expecting to have to replace my door. Patrick was able to fix it and replaced some of the parts. Now it works like it is brand new. I highly recommend using Precision.

Tech today did a good job. The problem is the installers were in such an impatient hurry cutting corners. They left twisted electrical wires uncovered. Why did they forget or was in a hurry to go home. So other than that all other encounters were good. Just saying paid good money for quality company. Maybe inform the installers that and pride in their work. That unfortunately was a reflection on the company. Again the techs have always been very good and thorough including today.

Amazing service. I called at 6:10 am with a broken garage door and Derek was at our house at 8:45 am. He had to replace all of the equipment for both garage doors and did it in 2 hours. Derek was very professional and courteous and explained everything in detail. I will highly recommend Precision Garage Door.

Precision Door does a great job with scheduling and giving you a heads up when the tech is on their way. Preston Stockton was the tech who came today - happy to see him as he has worked on my door in the past. He is courteous, friendly, very detailed in his explanation of any problem and possible fixes. Not high pressured - and he does know his business very well. He works quickly and thoroughly as well as cleans up completely. I feel like continuity within Precision Door Company is a wonderful selling point. Not having a lot of turnover says great things about the company.

I have spent thousands of dollars at my three houses letting these people install/repair garage door issues. Recently, I spent over 5k at two houses having new items installed. I had called for a service tech to come out on a issue with a "brand new system" that was having issues opening and closing. This system had been installed for 4 months. The technician was a nice guy and polite but his company tried to get him to charge me a 65 dollar fee to come out and inspect a system that they installed. Read that twice. They installed a new system (opener, pully (s), etc.. everything but a new door and wanted to charge me to come look at the system they installed. I had to get extremely angry at this and the tech said he would waive it. Are you kidding me? You do not stand behind your work you make people pay this fee of 65 dollars. I will take my business elsewhere this is ridiculous.

Trevor was a very good technician, but the issue is that you don’t have the parts to fix it. you should’ve asked me what make of unit I had so that you could have the parts on the truck now if I want it fixed I have to wait a week not acceptable.

Precision Garage Door did a complete tune up/retool of our garage door including new springs, rollers, chain tightening, oiling, cleaning where needed, etc. Our technician, Patrick Stockton, was knowledgeable, professional, and did an excellent job explaining the work and why it was needed beforehand - and just a good guy. We thought the price was reasonable especially compared to a new door. We're very pleased with the performance almost 3 weeks later. The door is so much quieter and smoother compared to pre-repair.

First of all, I was amazed at the speed of service. I made an appointment online at 6pm, the Hunter showed up promptly at 11am the next day. Then, I was amazed that he came equipped with everything he needed to get the job done. He had some reasonable recommendations about improvements he could make, and they were *actual* improvements. Courteous, worked cleanly, quickly, and left the place better than he found it. Sounds silly to be amazed at garage door service, but he really helped out.

Thomas did a great job with a not so great garage. He upgraded my rollers, cables, springs and installed a new Genie garage door opener, replacing one that was a least 30 years old. Professional and expertly carried out was the work. I have used Precision before and then and now it was a great job.
