Had a great experience with Precision! My old garage doors were loud, unbalanced, and had some structural damage. Got an appointment on the same day I called and before Derek H. left, he made sure all issues were resolved. He was very professional and personable. Highly recommend this business!

I have used Precision in past years and have been very happy with the courteousness of all involved including phone conversations, scheduling, promptness, explaining problems, and good instructions for new equipment. There was never a feeling of being pressured to purchase what wasn't needed. I will call them again in the future.

It was new year weekend and spring on Garage Door broke and I figured it wood be Tuesday before I could get Door fixed but Precision came out on Saturday and my tech was Chris and he was such a down to earth person.He had Door repaired in about 1 hrs and he explained what he did. I would give he a 5 star rating

I CALLED FOR BROKEN SPRING REPLACEMENT ON A SINGLE 3 PANEL DOOR. THE SERVICEMAN WAS PROMPT AND COURTEOUS. I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH HIS INSTALLATION. I AM UPSET THAT I WAS CHARGED MORE THAN 3 TIMES THE AVERAGE COST OF THIS SERVICE. I PAID $1,123. HIS LOWEST QUOTE WAS $995. WHEN I TOLD HIM I HAD BEEN QUOTED $250 TO $350 BY ANOTHER COMPANY. HE SAID THEY QUOTE LOW AND THEN ADD ON OTHER COSTS. I HAVE NOW CHECKED ON INTERNET AND OTHER COMPANIES AND THAT IS NOT TRUE. I FEEL LIKE I WAS TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF AS AN 80 YEAR OLD FEMALE. THIS WAS MORE THAN MY $1,073 SOCIAL SECURITY CHECK FOR THIS MONTH. I FEEL I WAS TOTALLY CHEATED!!!

Precision is a great company. I had an issue with my garage door on Thursday, December 21st and was afraid I wouldn't be able to get anyone to come out so close to Christmas week-end. The lady I spoke with was very courteous and helpful. James came out Friday morning, determined my problem and fixed my garage door! He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I appreciate Precision's prompt response!!

The main spring on my garage door broke. I called Precision Garage Door Company for service. Within two hours technician showed up, gave me an estimate and did the repair work the same day I called. That was like a miracle. I was able to put my car back into the garage like nothing ever happened. Very happy with the work done and the unbelievable service. Thank you very much!

I have never had such a quick response from any company ever. I called the office around 910 in the morning and I got called by a technician 3 minutes later and he said he was on the way. Everything was fixed and taken care of by 10 30.

The technician (Chuck I think but I may be wrong) called ahead and arrived at time stated. He diagnosed the problem with my door not closing quickly and then reset the door open close limits. When he left the door was functioning properly. I may need to have them back out later to fine tune the close limit switch if I can't figure it out.

I used this company in 2017 for a replacement garage door. They were fair, friendly and great service. Yesterday my springs literally blew and I could not get my door raised to get my car out. I called late at night thinking I would have to leave a message. Much to my surprise a very nice gentleman answered and set an appointment for the next day. Jon Warwick is the technician that showed up. He was the same person that installed my door in 2017. It says a lot about a company that can keep employees that long. It's rare. Jon was excellent. He was thorough, timely, friendly, professional and overall did an excellent job. Thank you! I would recommend this company ????.
