I have an 18 foot garage door, in Madisonville, that snapped a spring. I called late Monday afternoon and they came out Tuesday morning. They repaired my door back to new operating status. The guys were courteous and professional. This is the second time I have used Precision, since we moved here. The first time I had them install a new garage door and opener on our lower level. Everything is working great. Thank you Precision Door. I'm a customer for life.

our repair person Josh was courteous, arrived early (,before the 2 hour window we were given), knowledgeable and did not try to sell us anything we did not need. He repaired the coil spring and cables on the garage. In addition we asked to replace the bearings and rollers which he accomplished within 45 minutes the entire job. I asked about the motor and he stated we were in good shape with the motor. the price I felt was reasonable and we have a life time warranty. I have used precision in the past and received the same excellent service. I would highly recommend and would rate them at the highest level. They did not try to talk me into anything in fact I requested more replaced than they suggested to repair my problem. I would not hesitate to call for future service.

Josh was the person that installed my garage door opener originally. He did a good job lubricating the hinges and the spring. He adjusted the downward pressure on closing. He is an excellent worker and his knowledge of the product is really good. I would recommend Precision Garage door to anyone.

The technician arrived on time and made the necessary adjustments to re-balance the door and was very cordial. We were not sure that would solve the problem since I could not replicate the problem. He made some additional suggestions, such as it could be a bad capacitor. After he left, sure enough, the problem reoccurred. I'm still at a lost as to what to do.

I had a new garage door installed end of April 2020. Last week we tried opening the door with no success. A Technician, Chris came out today and reverse something making it easier to open our manual door. We love our new door and the Services provided by your office and field staff

Excellent fast service. This is the second time I have used Precision since moving up here. The first time they came out within hours to fix my garage door (it was broken off the springs and would not close). It was fixed quickly and back in service. This time the door had closed on a car and one of the joints was bent making the door inoperable. I called yesterday evening and Josh came out today and fixed the problem. Again, fast and great service!! If ever needed in the future they are the first ones I will call.

I literally could not believe the service. We came home from a trip to a door that wouldn’t open. A quick look revealed a broken spring. I found precision through a google search and based on reviews gave them a call. This was around 1145am, the person who took my call said an appointment was open between 1&3pm so I took it. The technician called at 1245 to say he was on his way and arrived literally at 100 sharp. He inspected door thoroughly and explained a lack of maintenance (my fault) had allowed the door to get in pretty rough shape. He replaced broken springs, all rollers and cables, thoroughly lubricated all moving parts, and adjusted the whole unit. It wasn’t this quiet the day it was installed 11 years ago. The tech was incredibly knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The job was completed by 230pm, I just never expect that kind of service these days.
