Alex came out to repair my broken spring and ended up rebuilding the entire mechanism as all the parts were worn out (bearings, springs, rollers, cables, etc.). He did a great job and my door works smoother and quieter than when it was new.

Precision door service just replaced my entire overhead door system. Lightening did a lot of damage and I needed some repairs fast. Read Google reviews of Precision which were almost all very favorable. After calling several companies for information, decided to use Precision. They were very prompt and professional and with same day service. Alex called saying he could come a little early if that was ok which actually worked out great. He offered several levels of service that he could provide in addition to replacing my broken spring, but there was no pressure to add services which I appreciated. Their price seemed in line with other companies I had called. Would use again.

The car was packed for my trip, including my cat! I pressed the garage door button and nothing. I needed to get out, NOW! I came in the house and Precision was listed first. I called, explained my situation and was assured someone would be out between 2-4. At 1:30, Alex called and said he was on his way. He was quick, efficient and thorough. He then inspected the door and called things to my attention..sagging, noise, slow operation. I had noticed these without realizing it was a sign of wear. I asked about parts. I called Precision on a Sunday and was immediately connected to a very courteous and knowledgeable operator. Set up an as appointment for Tuesday and within an hour and a hour and a half had a garage door running like brand new with a new Genie EDO. My garbage door broke at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. I looked up garage door repair company's in my area. Ilked that I could speak to a live person and explain my problem. Tey made an appointment for me between 4 and 6 pm that evening. The tech arrived on schedule. He repaired my single door and totally updated my double door. He was very polite and knowable.
