I was very pleased with the customer service that your company provided. From the first person I spoke with to the last person everyone was exceptional. The repairs were at a Condo that I am responsible for in Sevierville, However I live in SC. I was a bit apprehension about contacting someone from a internet site, but I can say that this has been a great experience. I wish I could get this kind of service in SC.

My neighbor gave me the name and number of a garage door guy they used. I called and you came on the day at the time promised. We have 3 separate single garage doors, one broken. They repaired the broken one, then reviewed the other two doors. They too need servicing. The 3rd door is just a manual door, but WOW, the difference new rollers can make. Before it took both arms pulling and pushing to get the door up. Now with one hand I (over 50)can open it. It's amazing.
