My door was opening crooked and was very loud. Chris was my tech and he did a great job. He was very nice and professional. He showed up early witch I appreciated and he was well informed. I chose Precision because of the many positive reviews. We purchased a new door and opener to replace our old one.Chris came to our house to help us choose a garage door and to give us a quote. He explained all of our options to us and gave us a estimation on 3 different options. He was very professional in every way,answered all of our questions and even showed me how the different components worked. We decided to go with the best plan because of his courteous attitude. I purchased a new garage door and opener to be installed. Disaster installation as installer cut my alarm system plug off of it's cord and threw it away and shoved the cord up into the ceiling of the garage. I found out a couple of days later when the alarm battery backup went dead. When the alarm company came we discovered the problem. I will still give the company a good rating since they did fix the situation and apologized. I would not hold a company responsible for every act that an employee makes as I am confident that they will take care of that problem too. Overall, I do have and excellent product that works well and was fairly priced.

I called on Saturday and they offered to come repair our door on sunday morning with no extra charge because it was sunday. They were friendly and fixed the door explaining to me what had happened and what needed to be done to repair it. I would give them a five star rating.

This is the third time i have used Precision Door ( all for diferent issues and different locations). Each time the quality of the service cannot be beat. This time i was only on town for 2 days and was afraid i would not get the repairs done in the time i had. Oncw i made the call they were there within a couple of hours and had the new opener installed quickly. Best service bar none. I would recommend the anytime you have a garage door issue.

Patrick was our technician and did a great job. He showed us and explained exactly what needed to be done. He replaced the springs, bearings, cables and rollers and also tightened the opener chain. He also had to straighten out the roller track. I can't believe how much quieter the door is now. There is also a lifetime warranty. No more garage door worries. He was also very courteous and friendly. A job well done!

I had another company install a garage door track approx. 4 years ago and that was when the problems started. After finding out that the company was no longer in business, I had to repair the door 3 times myself when the lift cables started coming loose - the locking bolts were not tightened properly. Then the torsion spring sprung loose, while I was working on the cables again. The roller rod sprung around and shifted, almost hitting my hands while I held the cable drum. I decided to quit while I was ahead, I called Precision and they came out on a weekend and did a full track overhaul, problem solved. I would recommend them to any one needing work done to their garage door.

One Door Spring broke. Door would not open, both vehicles inside.Spouse had to go to work next morning. Called Precision Door told them details, they had an opening at 6pm. Josh Compton arrived around 8pm, did a very professional job and did not complain about having to work late. He replaced all moving parts, most of which were 40+ years old. Now the door is so much less noisy and runs so much smoother. I would highly recommend Josh and Precision Door Service.
