Christian did an excellent job. After he get done with a job and drove to Knoxville to get told he had to come all the way back to sevierville he could’ve been upset about it but he had a great attitude and did excellent work. Josh came out with an assistant and I told him that the garage door opener was broken and we needed a new one. I told him that I wanted to add a key pad and upgrade to a larger opener and Josh and his assistant were done with in an hour taking down the old and installing the new one. When I am ready to get a new garage door I am going to call Precision because they are top notch!

Recently we had Precision come to replace a garage door seal on one of our garage doors. Robert came that same day. Robert has been here before to fix our other garage door. We have been very impressed with his work ethic and how he represents this Company in a professional manner. Robert calls before he arrives and makes sure we are satisfied with the job before he leaves. He was considerate to wear a facial mask while he was here, for our protection and his. This rating for the person who comes to our house for an estimate on replacement door. This is not for your products. Person was not frendly at all. Not helpful and not professionally acted. I understand that anyone can be on the bad mood in some days, but I would not understand why you have to transfer your emotions to other people. I can not rate your products or installation services, because I don't get one, but if in the future I will need anything - I will not call to your company in any manner and will not recommend your company to anyone else, just because your employee shows his attitude in the wrong way. Even if our needs not matching your specifications of the services, you can say ,,sorry for can not make it" and tell to people ,,thank you for contacted us and give an opportunity to serve you" instead acting like ,, why you disturbing me?, why call?, keep what you got ", etc. This review is not for anyone who works on telephone as a Customer Service and noway related to anyone else, who may doing their work as should be. I was not planning to write this review on my own initiative, but I am doing this after I received your request for it by email. I am going to sell my home and got it inspected and found out the door opener is out dated, so I called you people, you fixed the door before so I called you people again and the man (Chris Breedlove) was the repairman, he told me about the opener why it didn't pass, it was a old one, no stop return when touch and no eyes on the bottom of the track. He is coming back on Monday 11 to put a new one in. Chris was a very nice person and helped me out a lot, very courteous . The you.

A++ for this company and Robert who was our technician. We are new to the area and to the type of garage door opener we have in our new home. When placing my call, I was greeted by a friendly rep who immediately called our technician to come. within an hour he was at our door and within minutes had our problem fixed. Not only did he fix our opener, but, also, gave us a tutorial on our new opener and installed a new wireless keypad which he hand in stock in his truck. This company is a well-oiled machine! (And he oiled our door, lol!)

He did not carry Genie parts but took time to make an extra trip to a local Tractor Supply store to pick up a master link part that was compatible with our system and fixed our door.
