While he did a good job, got here on time, and did the work quickly and efficiently, I thought it was overpriced. $690 for one door spring, bearings, cables, and rollers, which I don't think I really needed, but to get the warranty, you have to get it all done. (It was $550 just for a new spring and installation, which is what I really needed, and to me that is too high). He was here less than 1 hour. I felt they tried to upcharge me to get me to spend more money. Like the extra parts that I don't think I needed then he also wanted an extra $100 for extra warranty. Otherwise I'd have given them five stars.

Adam was my technician today and he called and gave me the approximate time he would be at my location. He knew exactly what was wrong and had it repaired in just a few minutes. Because my new motor was installed within the past year there was no charge for the service which was a pleasant surprise. Adam is a true asset to your company. Also my service was originally scheduled for Monday but I had to change it due to a doctor appointment, and they got me in today. Now this company is truly all about customer service. Christian did an excellent job. After he get done with a job and drove to Knoxville to get told he had to come all the way back to sevierville he could’ve been upset about it but he had a great attitude and did excellent work. Josh came out with an assistant and I told him that the garage door opener was broken and we needed a new one. I told him that I wanted to add a key pad and upgrade to a larger opener and Josh and his assistant were done with in an hour taking down the old and installing the new one. When I am ready to get a new garage door I am going to call Precision because they are top notch!

This rating for the person who comes to our house for an estimate on replacement door. This is not for your products. Person was not frendly at all. Not helpful and not professionally acted. I understand that anyone can be on the bad mood in some days, but I would not understand why you have to transfer your emotions to other people. I can not rate your products or installation services, because I don't get one, but if in the future I will need anything - I will not call to your company in any manner and will not recommend your company to anyone else, just because your employee shows his attitude in the wrong way. Even if our needs not matching your specifications of the services, you can say ,,sorry for can not make it" and tell to people ,,thank you for contacted us and give an opportunity to serve you" instead acting like ,, why you disturbing me?, why call?, keep what you got ", etc. This review is not for anyone who works on telephone as a Customer Service and noway related to anyone else, who may doing their work as should be. I was not planning to write this review on my own initiative, but I am doing this after I received your request for it by email. I didn't wrote anything about this experience on Google as you asked and choose the second option to reply on your website. Thank you for contacting me about my request and follow up on this case.
