My garbage door broke at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon at 3pm. I looked up garage door repair company's in my area. Ilked that I could speak to a live person and explain my problem. Tey made an appointment for me between 4 and 6 pm that evening. The tech arrived on schedule. He repaired my single door and totally updated my double door. He was very polite and knowable. He spent about 2 hours working on the doors He left the area all cleaned up. I will gladly recommend your company to all my friends and neighbors

Josh called 25 minutes before he arrived and was on time, He started by introducing himself and asked me what the problem was with my garage door opener. He solved the problem immediately and them inspected the spring, rollers, etc and pointed out possible future problems. Josh was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Awesome company. Called on a Sunday night and had an appointment for Monday. Very knowledgeable and professional installer. I was so impressed with this company. Came home from work late one evening, spring broke on my garage door. Read that they did same day service, did a chat that night with a representative and was given an appointment the next morning. Raymond showed up early, explained everything to me and had my issue resolved very quickly. Very nice and professional young man! Will definitely use again if needed.

My garage door came off its track and got jammed late on a Saturday night. I called them and they had someone at my house the next morning. Michael, the technician, arrived exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and quickly got to work repairing the door. Based on this experience, I highly recommend Precision!

While he did a good job, got here on time, and did the work quickly and efficiently, I thought it was overpriced. $690 for one door spring, bearings, cables, and rollers, which I don't think I really needed, but to get the warranty, you have to get it all done. (It was $550 just for a new spring and installation, which is what I really needed, and to me that is too high). He was here less than 1 hour. I felt they tried to upcharge me to get me to spend more money. Like the extra parts that I don't think I needed then he also wanted an extra $100 for extra warranty. Otherwise I'd have given them five stars.

Adam was my technician today and he called and gave me the approximate time he would be at my location. He knew exactly what was wrong and had it repaired in just a few minutes. Because my new motor was installed within the past year there was no charge for the service which was a pleasant surprise. Adam is a true asset to your company. Also my service was originally scheduled for Monday but I had to change it due to a doctor appointment, and they got me in today. Now this company is truly all about customer service.
