I could have tried to fix it myself, but I wanted to make sure it was done right, so I researched companies on the internet and Precision had good reviews, so I called. Mary Ann, your receptionist, was very good, polite and helpful and got me an appointment to have your tech come the same day. Patrick did a great job and the new opener is better, plus the door is now safer and has more features. Thank you.
