thomas, our tech was the best. showed up early after calling us, friendly, informative and had us up and running within 20 minutes. HOWEVER, the Genie brand motor is a genie we would like to put back in the bottle. This is the second time the keypad/ door has malfunctioned in less than a year after purchase. Every time there is a power outage we are the only ones on our block that have to reprogram their keypad to the motor. Thomas gave us a great tutorial step by step so hopefully we will be able to fix it next time.

Precision Door has been servicing my garage doors for over 10 years; and they came to my rescue again when a door spring broke on a Sunday. I phoned the company and planned to leave a message to call me on Monday about getting service; but I was pleasantly surprised when a company rep answered and made an appointment for a service call on Tuesday. I was pleased at their responsiveness. When tech Thomas Travis arrived on time, he proved to be very experienced and completed the springs replacement and door set-up job efficiently. Then on my request, although unscheduled, he replaced the old door seal. My wife and I were smiling when Thomas departed and we could use our garage again.

We had a great experience with the technician, Thomas Travis, who came to our house last week to fix our garage door opener/clicker. He diagnosed the problem as actually stemming from the board within the garage door opener/motor itself, and unfortunately, because our system is so old, a repair wasn't possible. However, Thom was able to offer us a new garage door opener system on the stop, which he installed within the hour. After doing that, he showed us all how the new equipment worked, and we were delighted in the upgrade in features from what we had before *and in how quiet it now is! Thom was very approachable and friendly the entire time, and he also tells good stories. :) We were very pleased with our experience with him and the company, and we will use Precision again if we have any needs.

We had Precision out to our house about 6 years ago to repair a broken spring. Then we opt for a rebuild on all bearings and everything ran really smooth until the other day. The garage door caught on front bumper of our car and make a terrible racket. I turned it off and opened it manually. I looked at it and told my wife that we needed to have Precision come out and have a look. Tomas Travis came out on Saturday. After inspecting the garage door opener he said it would at least need a new sprocket system. He was going to go out to his truck and see if he had the parts. I quickly thought, that with the opener being 15 years old maybe I should look at a new one. He talked to me about it and it was very easy for me to decide to get a new one. There was absolutely NO high sales pitch. Thomas did a great job explaining everything. Then he VERY professional at doing his job. As you know every project has at least one bump, well our old set up tested Thomas and he looked at it and knew what to do. It wasn't long and everything was finished. I called Precision out because of past experiences and would never hesitate to use them again. I will give glowing remarks to anyone looking to use them. THANK YOU THOMAS AND THE TEAM AT PRECISION. And can you believe it...they even have a REAL person answer the phone..WOW. Fair price, quick & friendly service and great employees

Selected your services because of no extra charge for weekend work. The spring on the door had to be replaced which your serviceman did very quickly and efficiently. He said it would take 30 minutes, and it did. He was very friendly and nice to deal with. Cannot say enough about how satisfied we are with you solving our problem for us.

The second time I have used Precision. They installed a new door and Thom recently replaced my opener for the door. Thom came out on time and completed everything. Installer Thom Travis came out on a Saturday and installed a new belt drive motor. He was professional and completed the job quickly. (He also found out today he was a new grandfather) congratulations Travis family. The door Is extremely quiet when it opens and closes. He additionally programmed our vehicles already built in garage door buttons. We now have a keypad ???? so we won’t get locked out. I would recommend theirs company without any hesitation. Thanks Thom and Precision for a great job.
