James was the technician who did the work for us. I appreciated that he called about 25 minutes before his arrival to let us know he was on his way. When he arrived, he was the consummate professional...respectful, kind, and knowledgable. We had an older system that, frankly, was not worth repairing. James confirmed this, but did not pressure us into our decision to replace the opener as well as the springs. Once we decided what needed to be done, he went straight to work and did not stop until it was completed...and, he had a great attitude throughout. We are very happy with Precision Door, and especially with James.

We selected Precision because of the excellent service you provided earlier this week to our neighbor who had her garage door repaired. James Wells did the work on our garage door. He was extremely open and informative about the items which needed to be replaced. The builder of this condo complex installed the two stall doors which were serviced by only one spring. Mr. Wells was very efficient and left the work area neat and tidy.

This is my first time to use Precision. I liked their website and felt confident in my selection because of the detail they provide about their technicians. We had James and he was very professional and did a great job explaining the issues and solution. He was there on time and was done earlier than he expected. We did have an issue a few days later on a Saturday but Chuck, the owner, sent another technician right over the fix the problem. I definitely recommend them.

Very happy with the service and quality of the work. The spring broke on our garage door. Due to the age of the door it needed a complete overhaul. The service was prompt, on time, and all the parts needed without making an extra trip.

I came home at 8:30 last Friday, clicked the garage door opener, the door went up about 6" then dropped back down. I tried one more time and same thing... just what I needed to have to mess with the garage door. I went inside and looked, tried disconnecting the opener and tried to open by hand, couldn't hardly budge it, looked closer to see that one of the big springs was broken. So at 8:45 on Friday night and it's broke, I've got workers coming to work on my wood flooring in the morning and they need access through the garage. Luckily I found Precision Door online; stating that they're open until 9pm, work on the weekend for no additional fee and mention the add for no service fee. Sounded perfect I called, was able to make an appointment for the next morning. Jake showed up about 20 min early, 8:40 am and was finished by 10:30. He replaced both springs, replaced all the bearings and rollers, cables, put on a new gasket along the bottom of the door, and went over everything very well. The service was GREAT, price was GREAT, and I'll most likely be ordering a new door from Precision within the next 6mo-1yr. Call them if you need you garage door fixed right the first time, in a timely manner, and for a very fair price.

Called around noon to have someone check out a problem we were having with our garage door. Got an appointment that day with a 3:00 - 5:00 window. James called at 2:00 and said he'd be at the house by 2:30. When he arrived we discussed the problem. After taking a look at the door James reviewed our options and the cost. I authorized James to go ahead with the repair. He was finished at 3:30 and I was completely satisfied with the work. I would definitely call Precision door and James if I had garage door problems.

James arrived when he said he would. I told him that my garage door opened when it was dark but not when the sun was shining. Of course when he arrived, it was cloudy. the door worked perfectly. He checked it and discovered that one of the lights near the bottom of the door was very loose. He tightened it. He told me that as loose as it was, the slightest vibration would cause the door to not operate properly. He told me if it did not operate properly when the sun was out, call him back.
