Five stars I called for service on a Saturday morning at 7:30. James was here at 10:30 and gone at 11:45. He was very clear in explaining my options and the cost of repair. Thanks so much for the rapid response, coming to our home within a few hours of our call. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Rather costly to replace the entire mechanism, but we understood why and are glad to have quality equipment to use. The door opens so smoothly and quietly now. I guess we just had to learn that the builder of our home put in the least expensive equipment he could, which we had to make up for today. In any case, it is nice to know we have quality garage door equipment to depend upon, and we'll appreciate receiving the warranty.

Precision came out on a Saturday afternoon after the spring on our garage door broke. I was pleasantly surprised to find that they provided service on Saturday for no additional charge so it was a no brainer for me. Precision sent an email to confirm my appointment and also with a name and picture of the tech that would be coming out. When James got here, he saw the spring and also recommended a few additional things that might need servicing. We decided to just replace the springs and not do the additional servicing. James wasn't pushy at all about getting the extra work done, provided some tips to help maintain our door, and was very professional. He was in and out within 45 minutes and we had a working garage door again. Thank you!

I chose Precision by looking at the display Lowe's had. The Doors looked better than any others! Much more variety. The Precision salesman was extremely helpful and courteous. I was lucky enough to get him as my installer! It's a double door but It only took 2.5 hrs.to install, rails and all. Again, efficient And conscientious. I highly recommend Precision Overhead Garage Door Co.

Precision Garage Door provides fast, quality and excellent service. This is my second service call to repair a garage door. I called to make an appointment for service and got an appointment set within 2 hours and I didn't have to wait the full 2 hours. The service technician was Luis and he called to let me know he was coming. He fixed the problem immediately and when I asked about what other repairs could be done today, he checked and told me the rollers could be changed if I wanted a quieter door which I asked him to do. He changed them and he did it pretty quickly. I also appreciate and am thankful that Precision sends you an email with the picture of the service tech so you will know who to expect. That shows Precision is not just about service but their customer's security. Great company!!
