We have had good experiences with Precision previously, so called again regarding a new home to do inspection, maintenance and install key pads. Called at 3:00 and Tyler was there at 4:00!! We were looking at replacing the doors on both of our two-car garages, one on which the spring had broken. Precision Garage Door of Knoxville was recommended by a neighbor so we called them. The experience of working with this company was as easy as it could be, from scheduling an estimate to completing the installation of both new doors. In short, they exceeded our expectations and even gave us a discount for my husband's military service. Too soon to render a rating because of the following: 1. A torsion spring was installed on my garage door about twice the size of the one on the door when purchased! 2. Since this torsion spring was installed, I have not been able to get my garage door opener adjusted to operate up and down properly. When attempting to adjust the garage door up and down movement, my Chain and Idler Pulley were damaged and I am in the process of obtaining replacements to see if that will fix my problem or if I need to replace the torsion spring with the one specified in the manual for my garage door.

This is the second time I have used Precision Door Service because they know what they are doing professionally. Our service person, Preston, was very professional and had great knowledge of what he was doing. I will continue to use them whenever I need my garage door worked on. I've always believed that you need to use the professionals to get the job done right the first time even if it costs a little more but they are fair with their pricing.

We had a problem with the garage door springs around 2 years ago and Patrick of Precision Doors did a great job on the installation. Our garage door opener developed a problem later with opening the door with a remote door opener. I called Precision because of the excellent service on the door springs and asked if they could send Patrick again to help us. He did not disappoint! He installed a device with two new remotes that resolved the problem. Were are grateful for the help!
