We were looking at replacing the doors on both of our two-car garages, one on which the spring had broken. Precision Garage Door of Knoxville was recommended by a neighbor so we called them. The experience of working with this company was as easy as it could be, from scheduling an estimate to completing the installation of both new doors. They were prompt, courteous and professional, asked pertinent questions and provided answers to all of our questions. In short, they exceeded our expectations and even gave us a discount for my husband's military service. We love our new garage doors; they look beautiful and, with windows, they provide not only beauty to the outside of our home but also some much needed light inside our garages. Too soon to render a rating because of the following: 1. A torsion spring was installed on my garage door about twice the size of the one on the door when purchased! 2. Since this torsion spring was installed, I have not been able to get my garage door opener adjusted to operate up and down properly. When attempting to adjust the garage door up and down movement, my Chain and Idler Pulley were damaged and I am in the process of obtaining replacements to see if that will fix my problem or if I need to replace the torsion spring with the one specified in the manual for my garage door.

We called Precision as they have provided us with services before. They scheduled us for same week, gave us an estimated time frame of arrival. Young man called us on scheduled day and asked if he could come earlier as was in the neighborhood. Of course we said yes! Came early, adjusted with little problems, and left within a half hour. This is the second time I have used Precision Door Service because they know what they are doing professionally. We had a problem with the garage door springs around 2 years ago and Patrick of Precision Doors did a great job on the installation. Our garage door opener developed a problem later with opening the door with a remote door opener. I called Precision because of the excellent service on the door springs and asked if they could send Patrick again to help us. He did not disappoint! He installed a device with two new remotes that resolved the problem. Were are grateful for the help!

I needed some work done on my garage door so I called Precision door services Knoxville. Chris called within a few minutes to let me know he was headed my way. His professionalism was outstanding. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail. He replaced springs, drums and the rubber seal in less that 2 hours. The price was reasonable and I received a veterans discount. If you need garage sor services I highly recommend this company. Call them directly not just the parent company you'll get a great job done.

We have had good experiences with Precision previously, so called again regarding a new home to do inspection, maintenance and install key pads. Called at 3:00 and Tyler was there at 4:00!! He was informative, knowledgeable, and super friendly. He welcomed me to hang out as he worked and he explained it all very well. I have already referred Precision and Tyler to a neighbor!
