Garage door repair, including replacement of a broken spring. Patrick Stockton was the gentleman who did the work. Patrick was courteous, respectful, and cordial. He inspected my door and pointed out to me the reasons for it's failure, plus steps to be taken to restore the door to good working order. He completed the task quickly, and the door works more efficiently and quietly now. Thanks for taking such good care of us, Patrick!

Our springs broke late Sunday afternoon, so I placed a call and Precision sent out a technician(Thomas), who pointed out some things that were intalled wrong in the past and/or damaged, that contributed to the springs breaking. He replaced the damaged parts, corrected the mistakes, and now the garage door works better, and is quiter than in the past, with higher quality parts. He did a super job, and as I watched him work, you can tell he is well-trained and knows what he is doing. I am glad we called Precision....thanks.

My garage door suddenly wouldn't stay closed one evening when I arrived home after work. I was relieved to know there was someone I could call 24/7. Caleb came during the designated time frame and expertly took care of the problem. Caleb was obviously knowledgeable about the product and explained the work he was doing and what caused the door to malfunction. Within a few minutes, the garage door was working. I highly recommend Precision (and Caleb!) and I will definitely call on them again if needed.

The tech only performed a field reset and when I asked him what he was doing, he said that I should only contact your company when this happens. He pushed a few buttons on the overhead box and ran the garage door up and down a few times. I was hoping to learn for myself so I wouldn't have to spend $65.00 for a 5 minute service call. I will google how to perform a field reset and do it myself next time. I was able to reprogram my garage door openers, change the codes, etc. on my own. I can figure this out now too. I think your company is great but this was a total rip-off and I'm disappointed that your technician wouldn't give me some options to resolve the issue myself. They were nice, but again, the visit was a rip-off. Thanks!

The technician followed company protocol by performing a 25 point inspection (safety and function) to be sure that the door, opener and parts are working properly and if necessary, make recommendations of repair. We spoke with customer and explained the issues with performing a field reset. We apologize that you were not completely satisfied. We appreciate your business!

I have already recommended this company to a friend based on my experience with Caleb. He evaluated my situation and explained everything to me and not in a hurried manner or disrespectfully because I am a female. Caleb was very thorough and informative as I asked quite a few questions while he was working. I hope everyone else there is just like him. My husband found your website and I called and arranged an appointment for the next day with Caleb. Caleb called the next morning to say that he was a few minutes early and could he arrive earlier than planned. That was great for my schedule. He was courteous and efficient.
