It took less then 2 hours from when I called for an appointment until the completion of the job. The service was obviously fast but was efficient, clean and most of all HONEST!!! Patrick immediately knew what the problem was and explained what needed to be done. I could not be happier with Precision. He left no mess whatsoever but still offered to sweep my garage out for me. Unbelievable service. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Thank you!!!!

I was seriously contemplating purchasing a new (oversized) garage door. Caleb immediately determined that a complete replacement was unnecessary and moved me into a garage door overhaul at $698.00. I have been an in-home sales professional and manager for almost 30 years and I can tell you point blank why I did business with you...Caleb was honest with me and treated the situation like he would if it were his own home. He was polite, professional, had extensive product knowledge and was ON TIME. I have been teaching these concepts for years. You need to keep Caleb and allow young technicians to ride with him.
