Add also stated that one would get to speak with a "real, live" person rather than a recording. Was impressed with the immediacy with which my call was handled resulting in same day service by a truly professional and technically competent service person who introduced himself as Caleb. They did call back and refuse to go down on the price. He said he was management. I refused to pay the $215 after being quoted $65. I was not pleasant on the phone. Later, he called my husband and said he was sending the check back . I will in return send a check for $65. just like the agreement. Thank you for finally realizing that your quote is your quote and you can't do people that way.

I would highly recommend using Precision Garage Door Service. The vehicle was marked, the technician wearing a uniform was prompt, knowledgeable, patient, and most important pleasant. I felt safe in his company and in his expertise. My garage door needed new springs and freeway bearings, the items have a three-year warranty. For me, finances are a concern when unexpected repairs are needed; I believe the company treated me well. In addition, I would add I have had my door for many years, and have had service in the past, and yet the technician Thomas W. was the first to inform me of various things I needed to know about my door and its function. The customer service I received was excellent, my space was cleaned of all debris prior to him leaving, and my door is working better than before it broke.

I called ur office, spoke with Alison,& arranged a visit by ur technician Thomas.He said that the door was fixable & could be done in an hour. We had the door installed about a year ago and were happy with them, until the large door would not stay down around 8:30 Monday night. Your company sent out a tech that fixed the problem for free. Then on Friday afternoon, I think it was Patrick, came over and redid some of the things on both doors that he said needed to be changed. Again we had lifetime warrenty and there was no charge. Wow the doors are now almost silent, and we are so happy we chose Precision Door. We will tell our friends.

My daughter and her family had their door changed out to Precision door, top of the line. We were very impressed with the silent door and the great seal at the bottom for stopping outside air and water. We called for an estimate to fix a mess we have with doors that were replaced improperly when we first moved into our house. We limped along as long as we could will poorly working framework until one of the doors failed. Caleb was great looking at what we have and giving us a couple options on what we can do fix our problems. Very professional!!

Kevin was very curious and professional from the minute he walked in the door to when he left. He took the time to do a thorough inspection and explained in detail his findings. When given the choice of 3 different plans of repair, I explained to him that we had recently had some expensive car repairs and would like to go with the least expensive repair. He said he understood and I didn't feel any pressure to purchase the more expensive alternatives. Door works great now!

I was upset that my bill went from 225 to 455. Finally, I never received an invoice thru my email as promised, only a survey. Thomas was very nice.
