Tyler Combs, a first-class garage door technician with Precision Garage Door, serviced this call. Carefully examining all the garage door components, Tyler was able to identify the problem causing the door's malfunction. He replaced the springs and rollers and now my garage door is running so smoothly. Precision had installed the springs a couple of years ago but there was a problem with them and Tyler was able to replace the springs under warranty with no extra charge to me. Now that is excellent customer service! Tyler Combs, an outstanding technician, is very knowledgeable, friendly, and kind. He wanted to be sure that I was pleased with the door's performance before leaving the premises. I highly recommend Precision for your garage door maintenance or repair. A+ Company

I got your ad with coupons out of a mailer of ads and kept it. I called for service and told the person what was wrong and scheduled an appointment for a few days later. The service person arrived before the scheduled time. He was courteous, listened to my problems and after checking out everything, told me what he thought I needed and how much each of the 2 problems would cost. I decided to have the noisy door problem fixed and he repaired it quickly and IT WAS NOT NOISEY anymore, after years of the racket. I was glad to pay the amount he had quoted. I will call them again if I need repairs.
