Thanks so much for the rapid response, coming to our home within a few hours of our call. The serviceman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Rather costly to replace the entire mechanism, but we understood why and are glad to have quality equipment to use. The door opens so smoothly and quietly now. I guess we just had to learn that the builder of our home put in the least expensive equipment he could, which we had to make up for today. In any case, it is nice to know we have quality garage door equipment to depend upon, and we'll appreciate receiving the warranty.

Awesome service! Patrick was the technician who did the work. I can't say enough good things about how every thing went.This is the second time I have used Precision and I wouldn't use anyone else after having 2 great experiences. The door was badly damaged when I bought this home. I thought I would have to get a whole new door. Patrick was able to fix the existing door and didn't try to sell me a new one. This one now is as good as new!

We recently bought a home and were not satisfied with the working of the garage door opener. Precision upgraded our garage door opener system in our prior home and we were delighted with the smooth, almost noiseless operation. Therefore, we called on Precision again shortly after we closed on our new home. The technician took care of our problem. After one week we noticed a squeaking sound each time the door was closed. We notified Precision. The technician returned without delay and fixed the problem with no charge. We remain loyal Precision customers.

First I want to say thank you to the techs and office staff for getting Luis out to my home on very short notice. NO ONE else was able to do this and I called around. Second I can't praise Luis enough for the great job he did getting my garage door working.
