It took less then 2 hours from when I called for an appointment until the completion of the job. The service was obviously fast but was efficient, clean and most of all HONEST!!! Patrick immediately knew what the problem was and explained what needed to be done. I could not be happier with Precision. He left no mess whatsoever but still offered to sweep my garage out for me. Unbelievable service. If I could give more then 5 stars I would. Thank you!!!!

I was seriously contemplating purchasing a new (oversized) garage door. Caleb immediately determined that a complete replacement was unnecessary and moved me into a garage door overhaul at $698.00. I have been an in-home sales professional and manager for almost 30 years and I can tell you point blank why I did business with you...Caleb was honest with me and treated the situation like he would if it were his own home. He was polite, professional, had extensive product knowledge and was ON TIME. I have been teaching these concepts for years. You need to keep Caleb and allow young technicians to ride with him. Patrick arrived at the time scheduled and called in advance of his arrival. He quickly diagnosed the problems, explained the best solutions, and let us know the price for the needed repairs up front. He worked quickly, left no mess, and our garage door works perfectly now. Patrick is personable and this was a really pleasant service experience.

Technician listened carefully as I explained my needs. Then J.B told me all the problems he noticed and together we decided what would be the wisest decision keeping my goals in mind. J.B. didn't just focus on all the "wrong" things but also pointed out some favorable things that I was not aware of. That's when I knew I found the right man for the job. Yes, I could have cut corners and had a cheaper job done but For a few hundred dollars more I'm proud of his work and my decision. J.B.didnt "sell" me; he educated me. I'm a happy customer. I had so many options and I feel I made the right choice....in products, technician and the company. I will recommend your services in the future. My garage door opener broke last night and I needed it repaired. I could have tried to fix it myself, but I wanted to make sure it was done right, so I researched companies on the internet and Precision had good reviews, so I called. Mary Ann, your receptionist, was very good, polite and helpful and got me an appointment to have your tech come the same day. Patrick did a great job and the new opener is better, plus the door is now safer and has more features. Thank you.

I knew Thomas Wright worked for your company so when my garage door spring broke I thouhgt immediately of calling Precision Door. I knew that Thomas was a very upstanding young man and that I could trust him to do a great job and with the utmost integrity. Caleb was our technician. He called a head of time, and was here promptly. My husband and I have owned this home for 28years. We actually built it. The garage doors have never been motorized. We knew that we could add that at sometime. Well, over the years, one went off track, the other decided two weeks ago not to go up or down. Our basement is our garage plus storage. We got pretty cold with the draft. We felt certain that we needed to replace all. Caleb told us the doors were in fine shape but the springs and cables and rollers were worn. He replaced all. He did not try to sell us anything we did not need. It took Caleb 4 laborious hours to undo rusty screws and he was able to put in a new pulley spring system instead of replacing our old springs and cables. All I can say is yeah!!!! Two cars now are in the garage.You can lift a door with a pinky finger! We have the option of motorizing them at a later time if we wish. I highly recommend Caleb ! And Precision garage door company. You do get what you pay for. However, we could have paid a lot more if we had replaced the doors. Thanks Precision and a very BIG thank you to Caleb!

He inspected my door and pointed out to me the reasons for it's failure, plus steps to be taken to restore the door to good working order. Our springs broke late Sunday afternoon, so I placed a call and Precision sent out a technician(Thomas), who pointed out some things that were intalled wrong in the past and/or damaged, that contributed to the springs breaking. He replaced the damaged parts, corrected the mistakes, and now the garage door works better, and is quiter than in the past, with higher quality parts. He did a super job, and as I watched him work, you can tell he is well-trained and knows what he is doing. I am glad we called Precision....thanks.
