It was fantastic to be able to get a broken garage door serviced on a Sunday!(with no additional service charge) Patrick arrived on time, and after introducing himself, immediately began inspecting the door. He pointed out the problems as he completed his inspection. I asked for a repair price and a new door price. He took the time to explain the cost of each needed repair and the cost of a new installation. There was no "hard sell." We decided on the repair, and the work was done efficiently. The BBB insignia caused me to contact the Bureau and I found a very complete and positive report. Patrick did a very nice job of analyzing the problems and giving me several options. He represented your company well and though he is a good salesman, he was not offensively aggressive. I was also glad to see an American Brand truck in the driveway. I'm looking forward to seeing whether or not the work to be done measures up to the expectations developed by the service call.
