I call for service and find out that my garage door was slightly un aline.No tools nedded and the tech.was done in less than few minutes.I'm hoping that they won't charge me full amount of service, but I'm wrong.I was charge 49.95 I never feel so ripoff. I learn my lesson.

Our service call fee is usually $65.00 for your area, which includes a 25 point inspection (function and safety) of your garage door, opener and all parts. We came to your home to fix a problem that our technicians are professionally trained to do. As a courtesy we gave you a discount on the service fee to $49.95.

Patrick arrived in a timely manner. We discussed the eratic performance of the seven-year-old opener and determined that a new opener was appropriate. Patrick handled the installation in a quick but careful manner. We appricated his manner and his work. It was fantastic to be able to get a broken garage door serviced on a Sunday!(with no additional service charge) Patrick arrived on time, and after introducing himself, immediately began inspecting the door. He pointed out the problems as he completed his inspection. I asked for a repair price and a new door price. He took the time to explain the cost of each needed repair and the cost of a new installation. There was no "hard sell." We decided on the repair, and the work was done efficiently. I was impressed with the Yellow Pages advertisement. All of the elements were encouraging. The coupon, senior and military discouts were attractive. The BBB insignia caused me to contact the Bureau and I found a very complete and positive report. Patrick did a very nice job of analyzing the problems and giving me several options. He represented your company well and though he is a good salesman, he was not offensively aggressive. I was also glad to see an American Brand truck in the driveway. We had a great experience. Our garage door springs broke on Friday evening around 5:30. The biggest selling point was that there was no extra charge for evening or weekend servicing. Prompt, courteous service. Came when they said they would...same day as being called. Technician very patient when explaining to my mother-in-law & myself the issues about the doors. He discussed status of non-broken door & the potential advantages of pro-actively replacing rollers, etc. in that door (that was still working). I did not feel pressured to do it, (no "hard sell") but decided it was a good idea. He took care to adjust doors, etc. Then, after all done & signed off on...right before he left...when I noticed a light bulb was out in one door overhead, he offered to change it out for us; he did this just as a courtesy. Much appreciated, since neither of us are good climbing on step stool/ladders.
