I am very pleased with the service provided by Precision Door Service. The technician called to let me know he was enroute to my house, arrived on time at the scheduled appointment time, and was in a marked vehicle. He was very professional, couterous, and knowledgeable. He was very contentious, workining tirelessly to ensure the garage door was working accurately and was level. I received a full explanation of repair options and costs. Once i decided on the work to be done, he promptly completed the job. I am very pleased to have a quiet, safe functioning garage door. When the garage door slammed down after I pulled in the garage last night, I knew I was in trouble. We could see the spring was broken and the door wouldn't open. I immediately started searching and found Precision 24/7... I called at 7:30pm and Patrick was there before 9pm. He was great. Repaired the door and suggested replacement of a couple other pieces. It was so nice to have this done in the evening and not have to worry about it in the morning. Thanks for being there when we needed you! 5 Stars

Being 2 days to Christmas Eve, I appreciate same day service. Patrick was quick and professional. He showed me the other items that needed servicing, but this unexpected expense at Christmas kept me from authorizing those. At least now I know they will need to be dealt with later. One warning: When I asked for a quote on the phone, I was given a price. It was comparable, so I didn't call elsewhere. When the tech told me the price, it was $75 more. On the phone she didn't give me the total with the service charge. Make sure you get the total price before agreeing to the appointment. Saves conflict later.
