safety sensor went out so door would not close, came out 6 hours after i called and fixed problem quickly. the repairman also spotted some loose hinges and tightened them up

Garage door spring broke on Sunday. Called first thing Monday morning and technician arrived by 9:00am and job was done by 10:30. In addition to replacing the spring the tech checked the entire door and all working parts. Excellent service, overall good experience.

Online reviews provided a sense of confidence, and once the technicians arrived it was immediately noticeable in the professional manner in which they conducted themselves. On-time arrival and courteous. Evaluated the condition and made recommendations for the repair that was needed. No up-sell to deal with. Work was performed quickly and efficiently, and operational checks done for us to witness. Provided additional helpful hints and suggestions for use. I was very impressed with the quick service and the very courteous and helpful service representative James. I really like our extremely quiet garage door opener with an outside keypad opener that will be very convenient when going out for walks...will not need to carry the remote. I’m giving serious thought to ordering another one for our second garage door.

Josh was the person that installed my garage door opener originally. He did a good job lubricating the hinges and the spring. He adjusted the downward pressure on closing. He is an excellent worker and his knowledge of the product is really good. I would recommend Precision Garage door to anyone.

The technician arrived on time and made the necessary adjustments to re-balance the door and was very cordial. We were not sure that would solve the problem since I could not replicate the problem. He made some additional suggestions, such as it could be a bad capacitor. After he left, sure enough, the problem reoccurred. I'm still at a lost as to what to do.

I was pleased with the professionalism and knowledge displayed by Patrick as he repaired our garage door this afternoon. I contacted the office about 9:30 am and he was at our home at 2:30 pm. He explained what was needed and why and completed the repairs within an hour. The door works great.

I contacted Precision on a Monday morning to fix out opener, even though I was pretty sure it could not be fixed. They came out the same day!! The verified that it was not fixable and within 2 hours had installed the new one with new hardware and explained all aspects of the new opener. I was thoroughly satisfied with their service and their repairman. Would DEFINITELY recommend them if you have opener problems1!

If we ever need another garage door fixed we do not want anybody but Robert to come and please let me tell u why!! While Robert was there fixing one door our other door broke the spring with the loudest pop u have ever heard! My husband and I freaked out but Robert handled it with such calm like this happens every day, scared the heck out of Rog n. I but Robert acted like this happens all the time (which it doesn’t) he kept his calm and just went about his business and fixed it!!! I would not recommend anyone not Precision Garage Door!!?
